  We stayed at the condo for 2months. We enjoyed our stay very much . BEAUTIFUL beach, loved our walks. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. hated to leave.

  We have stayed in this condo a couple times and this one was no different. Everything a person could need or want.VERY CLEAN. We loved the amount of room we had, the convenience to the places we wanted to go and the comfort of the beds at the end of the day. We anticipate getting to have our 12 year old grandson for a week and hope to book there. The pool being so close is a positive thing with children and the safety is a high priority to us. The wonderful screened room off the living room would make a safe area for small ones to play too,but is nice for morning coffee for adults. The elevator is a big convenience too. Food abounds in the area as well as golf and the ocean is a pleasant walk from there with deck chairs on site. Now I just hope you don't book the date we want! You are certain to enjoy this condo and the people are wonderful to work with in setting up your dates. Don't hesitate to book here.

  Can we say amazing. the owners were real nice, any questions I got a response with in 2 days, if there had been any problems I am sure it wouuld have been sooner. very spacious and we had a lot of fun.

  Our stay at Litchfield Beach was fabulous. The property was exactly as pictured-clean, updated, and spacious. There was plenty of room for all of our family to relax The rooms are more spacious than they appear in the photos We felt like we actually had breathing room after our days of playing on the beach! .Having a storage area within the parking garage made our trips to the beach so convenient- no lugging beach supplies back and forth to our room to store! The resort facilites were clean and well maintained. The pool was a short walking distance, and a shuttle was always available for transport to the beach The resort property connects to a bike trail which we enjoyed during our stay also. The condo owner was very pleasant and professional to work with . Would highly recommend this condo- one of my favorite places I've vacationed!

  This was our first stay at Litchfield Beach and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we entered the condo we felt at home. Our younger son even commented, "this is awesome!" The area was clean and very welcoming. Even though we didn't need all the space, having the extra room for our two boys was definitely a plus. Being so close to the pool and beach shuttle area didn't hurt either. I loved having an elevator to transport luggage and groceries (With Piggly Wiggly and Fresh Market so close I shopped often). Overall we were very pleased with our condo and stay. So much so we're already talking about returning next year :)

  My husband and I and our two young boys stayed 8 nights in this condo and had a wonderful vacation experience! This is a beautiful condo, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the large screened in porch every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Our boys loved the pool area with the submarine and lazy river. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and even had a basket full of goodies waiting for us. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to others. Thank you for making our vacation perfect! Traci M.

  Our family had the best time! It was a perfect location to get away for the weekend. We were close enough to Myrtle to go for a trip, but able to walk around the resort and not touch the car. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are also MUST sees and less than 5 minutes away. The condo was perfect - very clean, kitchen was just the right size! And the soaking tub and huge porch made the condo a luxury! Thanks!!

  We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip for 2 additional days. The lay out of the condo is very spacious, ( traveling w/ teenagers and younger siblings) we all had breating room. I enjoyed the screened porch area, great spot to read or enjoy your morning coffee. I would definately recommend this unit. 4 queen sized beds, makes this unit perfect for a girls weekend get away! The master bath is even better than the picture appears. The unit was clean,comfortable, and funished nicely. The lazy river offered hours of entertainment for the kids. Starbucks is within walking distance, and so is Hanser house Restaurant which we visited twice. Litchfield Beaches are the Best!

  My family rented this condo for a vaction, and it was wonderfu! I normally do not fill these out, but we had such a wonderful experience I wanted to share. Everything went smoothy from the rental agreement to our departure. The homeowners were delightful to work with, and the condo was very spacious, and property was awesome. Was a very nice "home away from home." Our week was a wonderful experience for our entire family. We hope to return in the future.
