  :-) ....I stayed at this 'sweet retreat' last year......and could go on about the wonderful amenities and the extraordinary accomodations, not to mention the owner's availability and professionalism. For me, the best way to sum it up was a small rectangular wall picture in the hallway - "PARADISE FOUND". Good description in my book.... Go there and be a beach bum again and again, you are worth it .... :-)

  First I would like to thank Dan for all his assistance and professionalism. We arrived late, and upon entering were immediately comfortable in this home. Loved the interior decor...very high end. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children, and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the Wii unit, and the fact they had their own television in the bunk room, and it allowed the adults to relax downstairs in the very open living room, and beautifully decorated kitchen. We rented this home for the Blue Angels week, and for our wedding. Although our wedding took place on the beach, only a few steps away, this home has would be a perfect backdrop for a small wedding. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the day of, but had made prior arrangements with Dan just in case we needed to use the house. The swimming pool was a welcome respite from the heat, and my 5 year old loved being able to just wake up and run down to it. You just can' t do that at the condos..there was no packing the bag, drinks or snacks because all we had to do was dry off and head to the kitchen. I even had a couple hours to myself one day, and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet of the pool, just soaking and sunning. My favorite part of this home, other than the fact that the Blue Angels flew so close we could practically touch them, was the carport. When returning from the beach, we'd shower and set our chairs back down and enjoy the delightful breeze that flows through from the Gulf. It also proved to be welcome shelter from the rain. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in preparation for our very small celebration. I highly suggest this home to anyone who may be tiring of the constraints of condo vacationing. Thanks again for all the help, Dan. We had such a nice week.

  Planned this trip for about a year. The Owner was easy to contact either by phone or email. there was 7 adults and 3 children. Short walk to the beach. Within short Driving sistance to many activities.Overall Experience was Great. only two issues , one pool was only accessible from in house.( Owner did say this was for insurance reasons ). the other was the A/C quit working on our last night ( owner did respond quickly to try to fix). I would recommend this house

It was fixed the next morning by 9AM (it was a capacitor and a minor issue). The gate does stay locked due to security and insurance/risk reasons. Thanks for staying and hope to see you next time!

  Everything you could need is found at this house! Extremely clean, homey and comfortable. Plenty of space, fenced-in backyard with private pool. Really enjoyed this great house at a great price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Owner was great to work with. There were no issues with the house but owner contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience and wonderful house.

  Had a wonderful time!! House was decorated very nicely. Very close to beach - just a few minutes away. Several great views of the gulf from upstairs balcony. Beach is a quiet beach with very few people around. Beautiful white sand. Beds were very comfortable and nice bed linens. The pool is smallish, but big enough to hold two fullsize floats with plenty of room to move around. The owner was very personable and easy to work with. Had a question about the TV one night and he responded very quickly with help by phone. Definately a great rental!!

  Paradise Villa was a first class vacation experience...a home away from home. The accommodations were above expectation as well as the location. A house of retreat with lots of extra treats...loved the pool and the high definition tv. Thanks to the owner for an exceptional beach vacation. Definitely a refreshing excursion worth repeating!

  We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villa! My family of 3 went along with my sisters family of 6. Upon arrival we found the house to be clean and beautifully decorated just like home! We loved having the beach steps away from our front door. You always worry about the accuracy in home owners ads. This one was accurate though! The private pool was right down some steps at the back door and was surrounded by a privacy fence. We loved the option of the beach or the pool especially with little ones. On evenings when we were recovering from being in the bright sun all day the tv's were well appointed with satellite and even HD or we could take advantage of the wireless internet with our laptop's. We also liked having a grill right on the large front deck for the times when you don't want to have to prepare to take your whole party out or save a few bucks by eating in! Just have to add that we liked having linens on the beds and towels for showering available. If you have stayed somewhere that you have to bring your own (and we have) then you can really appreciate not having to pack these or wash them when you get back! Speaking of washing... it was convenient having a washer and dryer so we could wash our swim suits and beach towels since they were used multiple times. Overall our vacation was great and relaxing. The owner, Dan Ball, answered all of our questions and was easily accessible. The home was in a great area and the pricing was competitive. If you are in the area you should eat at Crab's. It's right on the beach, has a full bar, a small playground area for the kids, and a large inflatable waterslide. Make sure you bring their swim trunks because once they see it it's over!

  This house was great for our family! The furnishings were all fabulous and the proximity to the beach was perfect for our girls. The pool was awesome too and great to have your own private swimming without having to share with other houses or condos. The place was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! Great audio visual equipment and all appliances were in great shape. Great vacation house and great location! I certainly recommend it to everyone! 5 stars!

  It could not have been any nicer. Very easy to find and very convenient. The furnishings were superb. The decor was excellent & all of the appliances & electronics were in excellent working order. The new ingrond fiberglass swimming pool is beautiful and very refreshing.

  This beach house was beyond excellent, every room inside and out was emaculate!!! The owner was very friendly and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. The house was very spacious and just steps away from the ocean. I have 3 girls from 3-7 and it was perfect for our family and the other couple and their little girl. We would recomend this house to anyone, we are already making plans to come back this summer for sure. Some of the best restraunts the gulf has to offer are here, we strongly recomend Flounders, Crabs,and Peg Leg Petes.
