This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath Beachfront Condo is located in Perdido Key, Florida, just a couple miles east of the Flora-Bama. It is a very comfortable, trendy and modernly decorated condominium with several luxurious unit and property amenities including a Pool and Sun Deck, Stairway and Boardwalk leading right onto the White Sands of the Beach, Patio, High Speed DSL, Extensive Cable package, DVD players in each bedroom as well as the living room, an IPOD docking station with excellent surround sound speakers, telephones, and a Washer/Dryer.
Our family purchased this condo years ago so we as a family, including our Mom and all 4 siblings, could enjoy vacation time together on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Unfortunately, as we have all grown up and moved in different directions, we are not able to enjoy it as much, and want to share our paradise home away from home with others.
The Master bedroom has extravagant, Paris themed decor, with a King size Bed, large screen tv, private bathroom, and its own Patio doorway, and spacious drawer and closet space. The 2nd bedroom, with its beautiful, brightly colored beach theme decor, also has a large TV and DVD player, and 2 chairs for sitting room. The 2nd bathroom is centrally located in the condo. There is a wide variety of generous sitting space throughout the condo, including the Patio furniture, the comfortable living room suede sofa, the living room loveseat and chair, the dining room table with 6 chairs, the 3 bar chairs, and the living/dining area leather seating bench. The full kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and drink-making needs, including a large refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

This condo is so perfectly situated and very comfortable. The top floor offers great views and it's nice and quiet. Because it's located in an area without the big high rises nearby, the beaches were not crowded. The condo itself was very comfortable and very clean. There is quick and easy access to the beach and convenient parking, And although there are some great seafood places around, Lillian's Pizza is just across the street. My family stayed here last summer (July '10). We were worried about our stay since the Gulf oil spill had just happened but the place was beautiful. The decor is wonderful and the furnishings are very comfortable. I will definitely plan another stay here as soon as I can. It was close enough to Pensacola to enjoy the sights there. There are some really great seafood places right there and we enjoyed the pizza place just across the road and down a bit. This area is not too busy like some of the other areas also. I highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Thank you for making our stay at your condo so nice. It is gorgeous. You have spent a lot of time making it look very nice and be very comfortable for your guests. The Master Bedroom is wonderful - my favorite spot in the place since I could leave the balcony door open to listen to the waves every night and got to wake up to the beautiful sunrise and see the dolphins swimming by each morning!Did you find this review helpful? We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Waking up with the beach at your doorstep is amazing. Perdido Key is beautiful and the condo's location is really convenient to everything the town has to offer. We enjoyed being so close to the Florabama for drinks and music and the beach, of course, was right outside the door. The view from the balcony is lovely. The complex also has a great pool.
