My spacious 8 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house is available year-round. There are plenty of activities within for all ages including an 8' Olhausen slate pool table, a full-size air hockey table, dart board, foosball, an exercise room, 3 TVs with cable, 3 DVDs, VCR, a PlayStation II, stereos in both open living areas, plenty of board games & books, wet bar, 2 fireplaces, a dry sauna and Free wireless broadband internet access. Each bedroom has a fan & CD player / dual alarm clock. Outside there is parking for six cars, a landscaped front yard with sprinkler system and a small back yard adjacent to the brook. There is a front porch, a front balcony and a back deck with a gas grill. Child friendly, it includes a baby gate, crib, pack n play, booster seat and high chair. Please note: Pine Brook Lodge is strictly no smoking and no pets.
Garden Level: The lower level has double sliding doors to the back yard & brook off of a large open living area (sunken living area with fireplace) / game room (8' Olhausen pool table, 7' air hockey, cable TV, DVD, stereo, phone) with wet bar (fridge/freezer, sink, blender, glassware). Other rooms on this level include laundry room (XL washer / dryer), darts / Foosball room, exercise room, sauna, TV room (27 inch TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation II) & full bathroom.
First Floor: Large double wooden doors open off of the front entry porch into the main living area. This level includes the granite kitchen (fridge with filtered ice/water, convection oven, glass top stove, microwave, toaster over, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal), dining room (seats 16 + highchair), living room (42 inch flatscreen TV, DVR, DVD, VCR, stereo & phone with answering machine), central fireplace viewable from all 4 sides, king master bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom & a large covered back deck with gas grill.
Second Floor: The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom & full bathroom.
Day passes for the Cranmore Family Fitness Center (sauna, gym, fitness classes & more) are available at half price!

What a great house in a great area. Perfect for a large group! We had a family reunion of sorts for a wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen is great and very well equipped. Love that everyone can eat meals together! Also, plenty of bathrooms for a large group! Everyone enjoyed the game rooms and the close location to town! Thanks so much! House had many bedrooms which was great for our group of 14. Great location, everything was within a 5 minute drive of the house. The kitchen was great and well equipped to allow us to make big dinners every night. Game room provided entertainmnet. House is older with old TVs and furniture. The only drawback to this property, that we didn't realize until we arrived, was that the owners required guests to launder their own linens before departure. I've stayed at other VRBO properties where they only ask that you take them off the beds and leave them in the laundry area. It's impossible to launder all linens and towels for a house of 14 adults the morning of departure to be out by 11:00am. Especially when the owner provides you with a dryer that half works. In literature left by the ower it says that most guests bring they're own linens. Well all of my guests flew in from around the country to attend a wedding weekend, and the last thing we wanted to do was bring our own linens. Everything else was great, it was clean, easy to find, and great for large groups.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

We had a mini family reunion with 15 people of all ages at Pine Brook Lodge. The info on the internet was very accurate and pictures captured the place nicely. It had everything we needed. Lots of space to eat together, play together or have some time away from the crowd. The weather was beautiful when we were there so we didn't use the game room as much, but it was a bonus to have. Working with the owner made it easy to book. She responds quickly to any questions, etc. Would return again. The location was great, convenient to so many things. The only thing I would suggest is either bring your own sheets/towels because before you leave you are supposed to wash sheets/towels. We went to the laundromat to do the wash. There is a washer/dryer on premise but with 8 bedrooms . . . That is the only suggestion I would make to anyone that stays there. Other than that I am sure you won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

This house was perfect for our group of nine adults and seven children. I loved the two tables so that we could all eat at the same time. The kitchen was large enough that several of us could be in working at the same time and not trip over each other. It is very well stocked and there were plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware for all of us. The rooms are situated so that we were all able to relax and talk together when we wanted and yet there is so much room to be on your own. The game room downstairs is a nice extra. It was wonderful having five bathrooms! The house came with a crib, pack and play, high chair and booster seat, all of which we used. It was nice not to have to bring any of those things. The location was very convenient to the downtown with lots of little shops and restaurants. There was a nice park with water fountains for the kids to run through, which they loved. We were also able to avoid the main street if we wanted. 4th of July week is probably one of the busiest of the summer and the traffic was heavy there. It was nice for us to be able to get into the outlets and Hannaford's without going on route 16. The kids loved exploring the little stream out back and the bigger one down the street. We also hiked a little in Whitaker woods across the street. Our Houston contingent loved being able to see mountains all the time. All in all, a great vacation and a great house! Our group of 14 people had an amazing ski weekend this March highlighted by our stay at this beautiful rental property! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious accomidations, plentiful seating and awesome wet bar/game area. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed and having a fire place on both levels really helped set the stage for a relaxing weekend with friends. We had a big family group and everyone enjoyed the location, the pool table and foosball table. The living room couch was a nice size, but also seemed to missing some feet and parts of it and was really low to the ground, so hard to get out of. The kitchen was a nice, but a little on the small size if you are cooking a meal and people are in and out of it. The location was great, right near Mount cranmore, even though we didn't ski because there was no snow, but the location was great if you wanted to run downtown to the park, the shops, etc. I was a little disappointed with the condition of the air hockey table, goals were plastic and fragile, I was worried the kids would break them. But overall a great location and experience.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

We had a family party for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday. We had 11 adults and 3 kids. The house was just perfect for all of us. There were areas we could all be in and not feel crowded. There are two tables which makes eating together very easy. The kitchen had everything we could need--including a blender to make our pina coladas! You are so close to Cranmore, to downtown N. Conway, really to just about any place you would want to go. It is very kid friendly. It was the perfect home and we plan to make this a yearly event for our family!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I'm from the Boston area, but I've been visiting North Conway since I was a child, and I learned to ski at Mount Cranmore.
Why the Owner Chose North Conway:
I have a smaller 4 bedroom house, but so many people were requesting more bedrooms. One day I noticed a 'for sale' sign on a tree and then just fell in love with the house. It was a TOTAL remodel, but I saw the potential. I love the location, features and even the strange history of the home (ask me sometime!).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Pine Brook Lodge is across the street from hiking trails, 1/4 mile from skiing and 1/5 mile from the center of town. It coudl not be more convenient! With an entire game level kids of all ages are sure to have a good time.
