Situated just 1/2 mile from the Village of North Conway and only 1/4 mile from Mount Cranmore, this large brookside home is convenient for all north country activities: skiing (Attitash / Bear Peak - 10 min & Wildcat - 15 min), hiking, climbing, swimming, canoeing and outlet shopping. The North Conway area features attractions for the whole family including winter sports, golf, mini-golf, alpine and water slides, mountain biking, and scenic train rides as well as fine dining, theater and night life.
DESCRIPTION:
This spacious 8 bedroom / 16 room / 5 bathroom vacation house is available year-round. This house is strictly no smoking & no pets. My house is child friendly & includes a baby gate, full crib, pack n play, booster seat & high chair. All bedrooms include a fan and CD / dual alarm clocks. Outside there is parking for 6 cars, a landscaped front yard and a small back yard adjacent to the brook.
For rent by owner. A security deposit of $500 is required.
GARDEN LEVEL:
The lower level has double sliding doors to the back yard & brook off of a large open living area with a TV, DVD, stereo, wet bar, 8' Olhausen slate pool table, 7' air hockey table & sunken living area with central fireplace. Other rooms on this level include laundry room (full size washer & dryer), "talking" darts & foosball room, exercise room, dry sauna, TV room (with a Playstation 2 & DVD player) & a full bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR:
Large double wooden doors open off of the front entry porch into the main living area. This level includes the kitchen (granite counters, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, glasstop convection oven, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker & fridge with filtered ice & water dispensers), dining room (built-in china cabinet, double octagonal wood tables seat 16), living room (with stereo, TV, VCR & DVD players), master bedroom (with king bed & private full bathroom), double bedroom, twin bedroom, full bathroom & a large covered back deck.
SECOND FLOOR:
The upper level has a long hall with double skylights overlooking the living room. On this floor are a reading area, queen master bedroom with balcony, queen bedroom, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom & a full bathroom off of the hallway.

What a great house in a great area. Perfect for a large group! We had a family reunion of sorts for a wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen is great and very well equipped. Love that everyone can eat meals together! Also, plenty of bathrooms for a large group! Everyone enjoyed the game rooms and the close location to town! Thanks so much! We'd love to rent again!

We had a family party for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday. We had 11 adults and 3 kids. The house was just perfect for all of us. There were areas we could all be in and not feel crowded. There are two tables which makes eating together very easy. The kitchen had everything we could need--including a blender to make our pina coladas! You are so close to Cranmore, to downtown N. Conway, really to just about any place you would want to go. It is very kid friendly. It was the perfect home and we plan to make this a yearly event for our family!

Pine Brook Lodge lives up to its reputation as a fine property suited for large groups. It makes no matter if your group is family oriented with children or a group of young active adults or a collection of geezers like us. The home is clean, safe, well equipped and located amidst a variety of recreational options. As long time destination renters, we were pleased that every single appliance worked, fire wood was where it was said to be, every bathroom flushed and had hot water. The owner/operator of the property delivered on every account and was accessible and professional.

The house is super comfortable and close to skiing at Cranmore and NC Village. The kitchen is well equipped for all cooking and there is seating for 16 at meal times! Ideal for a large group to get together that enjoys skiing, eating and lounging!

The Pine Brook Lodge was ideal for our annual 4th of July getaway to No. Conway! We had 5 couples stay w/ children. The proximity to Downtown NC, Storyland and now the new summer fun park at Cranmore was ideal! The house was very clean, well organized and really well laid out. The kitchen was modern and filled with all of the necessary equipment and appliances to make just about anything.... perfect for a group who loves to cook! We put the kids to bed at night upstairs and they slept soundly while the adults played in the game room in the basement or hung out on the patio down below. We will definitely be back!

We had a full house at Pine Brook Lodge and were very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen and bar areas are stocked with anything you could possibly need, the living areas are wide enough to accommodate even the biggest groups, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great! Ski areas are readily accessible (Cranmore is even within walking distance) and downtown is a short drive/walk away. There is plenty to do downtown including bars, shopping and great restaurants. We plan on going back next year for another week of fun in the snow!

The Pinebrook lodge provided an excellent housing situation for 12 golfing buddies from Boston. Plenty of room, close to golf courses, and and handy to downtown. We have been taking this trip for more than 15 years and without a doubt this was the best housing set up for us. We are already planning a return trip for next fall. What a fantastic place to have a family get together. My son was leaving for Army Basic Training and wanted to spend his last weekend with family ...something for everyone of us from age 2 to adults. Pleasant, spotless, quiet and a perfect location. More than enough room for the 13 of us to either spend time playing games or going off by ones self to have a little quiet time. Great location, close to town, golf, shopping and of course Storyland. Would recommend to any large or even small group just perfect !!!!! We will return when we wish to have great getaway family gatherings. THANK YOU KATIE !!!!
