We had a big family group and everyone enjoyed the location, the pool table and foosball table. The living room couch was a nice size, but also seemed to missing some feet and parts of it and was really low to the ground, so hard to get out of. The kitchen was a nice, but a little on the small size if you are cooking a meal and people are in and out of it. The location was great, right near Mount cranmore, even though we didn't ski because there was no snow, but the location was great if you wanted to run downtown to the park, the shops, etc. I was a little disappointed with the condition of the air hockey table, goals were plastic and fragile, I was worried the kids would break them. But overall a great location and experience.

Our group of 14 people had an amazing ski weekend this March highlighted by our stay at this beautiful rental property! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious accomidations, plentiful seating and awesome wet bar/game area. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed and having a fire place on both levels really helped set the stage for a relaxing weekend with friends. We will certainly be back next year!

We had a family party for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday. We had 11 adults and 3 kids. The house was just perfect for all of us. There were areas we could all be in and not feel crowded. There are two tables which makes eating together very easy. The kitchen had everything we could need--including a blender to make our pina coladas! You are so close to Cranmore, to downtown N. Conway, really to just about any place you would want to go. It is very kid friendly. It was the perfect home and we plan to make this a yearly event for our family!

Pine Brook Lodge lives up to its reputation as a fine property suited for large groups. It makes no matter if your group is family oriented with children or a group of young active adults or a collection of geezers like us. The home is clean, safe, well equipped and located amidst a variety of recreational options. As long time destination renters, we were pleased that every single appliance worked, fire wood was where it was said to be, every bathroom flushed and had hot water. The owner/operator of the property delivered on every account and was accessible and professional.

The Pine Brook Lodge was ideal for our annual 4th of July getaway to No. Conway! We had 5 couples stay w/ children. The proximity to Downtown NC, Storyland and now the new summer fun park at Cranmore was ideal! The house was very clean, well organized and really well laid out. The kitchen was modern and filled with all of the necessary equipment and appliances to make just about anything.... perfect for a group who loves to cook! We put the kids to bed at night upstairs and they slept soundly while the adults played in the game room in the basement or hung out on the patio down below. We will definitely be back!

We had a full house at Pine Brook Lodge and were very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen and bar areas are stocked with anything you could possibly need, the living areas are wide enough to accommodate even the biggest groups, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great! Ski areas are readily accessible (Cranmore is even within walking distance) and downtown is a short drive/walk away. There is plenty to do downtown including bars, shopping and great restaurants. We plan on going back next year for another week of fun in the snow!

The Pinebrook lodge provided an excellent housing situation for 12 golfing buddies from Boston. Plenty of room, close to golf courses, and and handy to downtown. We have been taking this trip for more than 15 years and without a doubt this was the best housing set up for us. We are already planning a return trip for next fall. Katie was easy to work with and the place was just as advertised. Thanks Katie.

What a fantastic place to have a family get together. My son was leaving for Army Basic Training and wanted to spend his last weekend with family ...something for everyone of us from age 2 to adults. Pleasant, spotless, quiet and a perfect location. More than enough room for the 13 of us to either spend time playing games or going off by ones self to have a little quiet time. Great location, close to town, golf, shopping and of course Storyland. Would recommend to any large or even small group just perfect !!!!! We will return when we wish to have great getaway family gatherings. THANK YOU KATIE !!!!

Our extended Australian family rented Pine Brook for Christmas week 2009. The home suited us perfectly. Pine Brook's size meant 4 families were able to share it and each family had bedrooms and a bathrooms each. We selected this house for the size but also the games facilities as we thought if the weather was nasty the children would have much to do. Many nights they had games tournaments. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for Christmas lunch and every amenity seemed to be provided. I dealt with Katie over the course of a year and found her incredibly helpful. During our stay, we had one issue with the house which she arranged to have fixed within an hour. We had 22 in total in our group and also rented the adjoining home which Katie told us about. We loved North Conway - many of us had never seen snow, and it was their first cold Christmas (it never snows where we live and Christmas is summer). We went to Cranmore skiing and those who didn't want to ski could tube there. We took a sleigh ride at Nestlenook and went snowmobiling near Attitash. We ate at Moat Mountian and Muddy Moose with food at both huge and delicious. We shopped at Shaws (joined the club for great discounts) and their take-out chichen dinners are good value when you just need to collapse and can't be bothered going out. We got transport for many of the group from Boston to North Conway by Shuttle Connection and also rented a couple of SUVs from Boston which were really essential. We shopped like crazy at North Conway outlets and as New Hampshire is tax free on goods, it ended up being our cheapest shopping anywhere in USA. We would love to return and have no hesitation recommending Pine Brook and Katie (or being a reference from across the other side of the world.)

Our group has been going to North Conway for years and have rented many different places. This was by far the best kept, cleanist house. Everything was immaculate! There is plenty do and plenty of room to do it. We had 13 people fit very comfortable. And with every amenity available in the kitchen especially, we didn't need to bring anything. (We did bring our own sheets and towels - just because it was easier, but there is a washer and dryer if you want to wash the stuff provided. There is a great deck to sit out on, which we did as the weather was so nice. Katie is wonderful to work with on your plans and her housekeeper was great! We will definately rent again next year!

This house is the perfect location for everything and has a little bit of everything to keep all 13 people happy! We will be looking foward to going back again. Megan & John

This home worked out wonderfully for our group of 8 employees conducting a 4-day review in North Conway. Everyone had their own room, most their own bath and we saved a significant amount of money over the cost of hotel accomodations and meals out. This would also be a great place to host a large family! Pool table, air hockey and foosball table in the lower level add to the fun.

There was all the hot water we needed for showers, the kitchen was well-stocked,and we could all fit into the living room when we wanted to. The pool table and washing machine was a great place. We'd stay there again in a minute.

We used the pool every evening and it was so refreshing. The game room was perfect for the rainy afternoons we had. Waking up to a bear raiding the dumpster was an unbelievable sight. I would definately recommend this rental to any group. We had all ages. Thanks Katie!!!!

I found this house online and thought it would be a wonderful retreat for a group of colleagues over Thanksgiving break. We are a group of younger teachers at a boarding school who love the outdoors. North Conway provided a wonderful setting to ski, hike, and shop, and the house had plenty of space for 12 of us (there was room for more!). The fireplaces provided wonderful atmosphere and the pool table, air hockey and foosball table were in constant use. We took advantage of the sauna, and off the back porch there is even a babbling brook to complete the package. The host is easy to get in touch with and quite accommodating. Thanks for everything Katie.

My large family stayed in this lodge at the beginning of October. We had such a great time and everyone absolutely loved the place. The layout is exceptional. With the open floor plan, many people were able to sit in the living room and any overflow was able to sit at tables close by so everyone was able to partake in conversations. The games also got a lot of use and were very fun. There were plenty of bedrooms. The lodge very clean. The neighborhood was also great. Great Area.

As first time renters, my friends and I found staying at Pine Brook Lodge a wonderful experience. Dealing with Katie was a pleasure. She is very accommodating, and although my group is comprised of young adults attending college, she treated us with respect, and of course we reciprocated. The house itself has so much to offer. Katie has outfitted it to meet your every need. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything from aluminum foil to electronics provided to make our stay carefree. The information she gave us in advance enabled us to prepare accordingly when packing for our stay. The house and decor were awesome and we enjoyed its spaciousness. We found the location to be great with activities and stores nearby. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to staying again in the future! Thanks so much, Katie!

This was the best vacation home my large extended family has ever rented. The house had everything you could ask for from blenders to baby gates and everything in between. It was great having a front yard to allow the kids to burn off some of their energy. The location was so convenient to downtown North Conway that if we were ambitious enough, we could have walked there. The best part of the house was having 2 tables that would allow 16 people to eat meals together rather then in shifts. I would highly recommend this house to others looking for a large rental house that has everything needed for a great vacation. Thanx Katie!!

First off, if you don't like clean, spacious, fun, vacation homes this is not your place. All kidding aside, we had a wonderful time at this vacation home. If you have some friends and family that get on your nerves a little during vacation there is plenty of room to hide. If your friends and family are competitive people, there are surly enough things to do in the house to keep your competitive juices flowing. ( pool, air hockey, darts, fooz ball ). I won a lot of soft serve ice creams last week. One thing we did to have fun was play 5 on 5 wiffle ball games in the big front yard. Another great thing I did was try to get my wife mad at me so she would kick me out of the house for the day. Why you ask, so I could take advantage of the great outdoor activates like GOLF, hiking and swimming the Saco river. Everything is just a stones throw away. Don't get me wrong folks, but my wife likes to do the same to me so she can shop the many outlets about 3 miles away. Every time I get her mad, the hand comes out $$$$$$$$ and there is one more outfit hanging in the closet to take home. I think she set a record this week ! You don't have to bring anything with you when it come to house hold items,. The house is very well equipped for your whole stay. The house I found to be very clean. The owner you can tell has a lot of pride in her house, and it shows. I have stayed all over North Conway over the past 8 years, and this house is by far the best place I have ever stayed. At one point we had 7 kids and 6 adults and there was still more room for that annoying friend or family member.
