Lower, ground level has large recreation room with four and a half by nine foot Brunswick pool table, ten foot bar, and fireside-style restaurant booth. Bar is equipped with overhead 27 inch TV, as well as 32 inch TV located on this level in the family room area. Large full bath and fully-equipped laundry room also on this area. Family room-Recreation area opens to covered porch with outdoor speakers, HOT TUB, and porch swing. This large patio is at ground level to lighted yard for your enjoyment.
