Main floor has two guest rooms, full bath, living room, and kitchen. Thirty-two inch TV in this area. Lower, ground level has large recreation room with four and a half by nine foot Brunswick pool table, ten foot bar, and fireside-style restaurant booth. Bar is equipped with overhead 27 inch TV, as well as 32 inch TV located on this level in the family room area. Large full bath and fully-equipped laundry room also on this area.
