This is a fantastic place to spend your vacation with family and friends. Located on the north end of Tybee Island, this 3 bedroom home is perfect for a family vacation. From your large balcony, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of your private yard. The free standing home has plenty of private parking and is very spacious with several areas to choose when and where to relax.
The living room has an open floor plan with a sleeper sofa, DVD player, and TV with a connected dining area and large kitchen for all your entertaining needs. While staying here, you will feel right at home with a screened in deck, open BBQ grilling area, and lots of activities for all members of your family and/or group. You also have a washer and dryer in the home.
The home sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, a television, and a connecting full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.
With this home you will have private living, cable TV and be walking distance to the beach and the historical light house and fort. There is is plenty of room for your children to play in the yard making this the perfect getaway for your family and friends, especially as it is just a 60 second walk to the beach. Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,000, we will take a $300 deposit and your remaining balance will be $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.
Upon making a reservation with us, you will receive email confirmations instantly and be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at our office as all of our homes have lockboxes with keys.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood where it seems most of the homes are not rentals. We did not see many people walking around. And by nightfall, everything was quiet. We felt really safe there. We had just a short walk to the beach to find the we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves (early spring). It was beautiful & serene. The house was spotless and had everything we needed like kitchen supplies & a charcoal grill. We had plenty of space with the 3 big bedrooms, each with a big closet. And the screened in porch was perfect for gathering in the evening. They had 4 nice deck chairs on the porch with cushions which made it very comfortable. The open floor plan, large kitchen, dining area & living room were perfect for our needs. And the cold AC never missed a beat. Walt was most accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Southern Belle Vacation Rentals to anyone. They have a lot of homes to offer and they work hard to make your stay complete. They will not let you down. Thanks Walt!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
