In Seaside Proper "Marisol" 3BR/3BA with Loft

  This was our first time to Seaside and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. This house is clean and nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 teenage boys. The location is perfect. It is right across the street from the fitness center,one of 3 pools, the play ground and only 2 blocks from the beach and Seaside square. The Publix is about 3/4 of a mile away and you could walk or ride a bike if you had to. The only thing I think is needed is a door or at the very least a curtain separating the loft room from the master bath since it is right off the master bedroom and bathroom, an easy fix for much needed privacy. We will definitely rent this house again.

  The one thing that we missed was tvs in the bedrooms

  Marisol. Unique house, typical for Seaside. Nice decks, well equiped kitchen, clean. No TVs in bedrooms, not a big deal for us, but could be an issue with kids. "Grounds Crew" needs to make a visit, may have been result of time of year. Easy walk to town square, LOVE this area. Don't tell your friends, we're selfish! Thanks Mike/Kathy

  We just returned from our first Seaside vacation. We rented the "Marisol" cottage and it was wonderful. It was just my wife and I on this trip so we had plenty of room. We commented several times that we could bring our family next time and easily have enough space for everyone. The cottage is very well maintained and it has a nice big lot as well. It is located in a quiet area and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach or town square. The folks at Sandpiper were very nice and replied promptly to all my inquiries. We will definitley look to use them for our next visit.

  We enjoyed our stay at Marisol. The location was great and the house had plenty of room for our group. We especially enjoyed having the large wrap around porch for having coffee in the morning and storing our beach gear. The loft space off the master bedroom worked out perfectly for our ten year old daughter to sleep in, it is a snug room off the master bathroom. She had her own bed and TV and our teenaged daughter had her own private room downstairs. The house was very clean and the rental agents were very responsive to our requests for assistance or information. Unlike many homes in Seaside, this one is partially accessible with a ramp leading to the back door, and a full bath and bedroom on the first floor.
