This was our second year of filling the house with friends for a weekend. We bring our bikes and we are simply enchanted by our weekend in this time capsule of a grand old house.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This house is such a treasure! Entering the Boyer House is like stepping back in time to the glamour and opulence of another era. I felt like royalty during my stay in this gorgeous house! When you walk in you are greeted with gorgeous furniture, incredible art, beautiful original details such as wood wainscoting, beautiful lighting, over-the-top carpets, stylish and comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms and not a single detail overlooked. I cannot recommend this unique and welcoming property enough! It is such a great place for large groups to stay and there is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax in style - the front porch is a quiet and spacious place to enjoy the tranquility of Walla Walla, and in season the pool is unbeatable!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Iur stay at teh Boyer home was wonderful. We filled every bedroom and had others in our group there for socila times and breakfast. Only having two bathrooms took a bit of scheduling burt we all know each other well, so it was not a problem. Instruction for the shower on the main floor would be helpful, but it sure was a highlight and several people - who were not showering- got wet as they tried to figure it out. The porch was wonderful. Had breakfast catered one morning by Fat Duck Inn and that was wonderful, too.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
