  We loved staying in this condo! The unit has probably the best view in the complex, is on the top floor, which means it's totally private and quiet and is situated in a lovely area of west Maui. The beach is directly across a fairly quiet street and other popular beaches are just minutes away. We stayed with our 3 teens and really liked that the condo felt like a home instead of a hotel. The unit décor is a little dated, but has everything we needed for meal prep (lots of kitchen "tools", including bakeware), beach activities (boogie boards, towels, beach chairs) and relaxing (3 new flat screen TVs, PVR etc). We visited friends in other locations while in Maui and quickly decided we would stay in this unit again when we visit.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Owner response: We have accomplished our goal then of making it feel more like a home than a hotel. We are working on updating little by little. New living room furniture just 3 years ago, new windows and motorized shades this year, new beds last year. As mentioned 3 new TV's DVR and Ipod docking station. As mentioned, it's a fabulous view for watching whales or sunsets. Can't be beat! Thank you!

  We completely enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 full bedrooms. Quite comfortable and very quiet. The master bedroom is an open loft to the downstairs and shares the same view as the living room. We didnt know it was 2 story and the baths are upstairs. There is an elevator up to your condo but stairs on the inside. There is a grocery store very close by. Beaches are everywhere you turn. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

  An awesome two weeks in Maui with all the comforts of home at this condo. The condo is exactly as described in a nice and well keep quite condo complex with a great pool, relaxing hot tub & BBQ's. No A/C however evening breeze and ceiling fans throughout made it quite comfortable. Close enough to the action and hotel strip at Kaanapali if you like, the shopping and restaurants of Lahaina but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite. A great lanai for watching whales and surfers, sunset gazing and catching some afternoon rays. The Owners were very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this condo...already thinking of our next trip!

  My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this condo in Kahana Villa 20-27 Dec 2011, and we had a great time. The view is amazing, and all the emenities in the condo (kitchen, bedrooms, great room furniture, TV, etc.) made for a wonderful stay. The location of the condo is across the street from the beach, and it is very quiet. We really appreciated that while on vacation. We could see the channel between the islands of Molokai and Lanai from the great room and the master bedroom. It was a wonderful way to start each morning, and then to end the day with unbelieveable sunsets. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Maui.

  We absolutely loved this place! Conveinent to everything on the west side of the island. Great view of the ocean, and just a 2 minute walk to the beach! Pool and hot tub were a bonus! Better than we expected, and we can't wait to go back!!

  Thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful condo during my stay this year. Very clean, well kept, kitchen fully stocked, comfy beds, and I can go on and on about the ocean view! The lanai was one of my favorite parts about this condo (and my trip!) because I started the day sipping my coffee watching the whales in the morning and ended the day sitting on the lanai for dinner and watching the sunset. The location is great -- very close to Lahaina and not too far from the airport. The pool is just a few steps away, and very nice and clean. Was perfect for the days when I had full-day excursions -- and just wanted to relax a little before dinner poolside. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed staying here and I will be back next time I visit Maui. No complaints here.

  I've been to Maui many times, and this is by far the nicest Condo we have ever stayed in. It's clean, can't say that for others we've stayed in. So close to great beaches. Real close to Lahaina, and all the restaurants, shopping, etc. It is like staying at your home, it's so comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more. The sunsets you see from the lanai are breathtaking. To sit and have your morning coffee on the lanai, and watch the whales. In the evening after a day at the beach, you sit on the lanai, have your cocktail and watch the sun go down. Perfect place to stay while in Maui. We won't be staying anywhere else on our next trip. Thanks for the great time!!

  We own a condo in this complex as well and are always inviting friends and family to come see/stay with us! We always run out of room so we rent this property for extra room...super clean,well stocked and very cozy!Love the big screen Tv! Their view is better than ours and I thought ours was good (dang it)! Even though this condo is secondary to the ocean it is closer than most "ocean front" condo's to the beach!! Love this area of West Maui!
