Fully stocked midsize kitchen, open to house with ample counter and cabinet space. Eating bar.
There are large windows on the entire front of house (with window seats) and on both sides of main living area-ALL WITH WATER VIEWS having the feeling of an' 'on the water island 'oasis'.
Parking is in the rear of the home at the end of a 300 foot driveway (with a slight downhill slope). At the end of the driveway there is a deck prior to entering the front door.
There are 2 'wings' on either side of this deck. One contains 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. The larger bedroom has a sliding glass door that has a water view and view of the moonrise and a small flagstone patio with a separate entrance and outside sitting area. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed and bunk beds. The other wing contains the master bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed and bathroom.
The '4th bedroom' is actually part of the daytime living area but has an 'accordion' door which pulls across for night time privacy. This area has a magnificent view of the sunrise-late sleepers will be awakened early. There is no closet in this area, but there is plenty of storage under the window seats.
Bedroom setups; master bedroom has queen and single beds; bedroom # 2 has outside entrance and queen bed; bedroom # 3 has double bed and 2 bunk beds; bedroom # 4 with 'accordian' door has a queen bed.
There is new carpeting in the main living area and porch.

Overall the house and property were nice and somewhat updated. Only major problem was the bugs at night, there is no air conditioning in the house but there is an exhaust fan that can be used to ventilate. If you use this fan at night be prepared for 100's of bugs to get in!! They swarm around every light, awful!! Dock was in rough shape also... Most importantly the manager never answers his phone or responds to voicemail. I called him over 30 times to discuss recieving our security deposit and he never responded!! We left the place in immaculate condition, even better than when we arrived and we had to wait almost 7 weeks to recieve our deposit!!! I had to track down his elderly mother out of state to find out what was happening. Completely ridiculous, my family and I will never rent from them again!!!!!!
