Grand Panama Beach Resort is a relatively new family resort located on the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. This gated and secure family resort is set on 35 acres and features a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and many other amenities including a bicycle/jogging path spanning the perimeter of the resort. Our three bedroom three bath corner unit offers a private bathroom for each bedroom and a comfortable spacious layout.
The master suite has a king bed. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and there are two twin bunks in the bunk area. Since it is a corner unit, there is a gorgeous panoramic view of the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico toward the south and Panama City Beach to the east and north. There is access from Middle Beach Rd (Hutchison Blvd) so you can avoid the peak traffic patterns and drive anywhere you want to go on PC Bch in just minutes. Great Golfing, shopping, restaurants, night clubs & all the beach activities are just minutes away.
Heated Pool & Hot Tub.
There are two pools at Grand Panama, one of which is heated. This is an invaluable amenity for guests staying with us between October 1 and May 15, when the pool water can drop below 80 degrees. There are also two hot tubs and a nice fitness center.
Beach Chair Rentals: Included in our rates are two beach chair rentals and a beach umbrella for the duration of your stay.
In Room Entertainment:
We have a flat screen TV in each bedroom and in the living room. The living room and master bedroom TVs also have HD channels. Each TV is equipped with a DVD player.
Restaurants:
Grand Panama is adjacent to two of the most popular restaurants on Panama City Beach - Bonefish Grill & Another Broken Egg. Both restaurants are located just out our back door, about 200 yards across the Grand Panama grounds on Hutchison Boulevard. You can either walk or drive the short distance. Another Broken Egg is a wonderful place for breakfast or brunch and is a favorite of the locals. Bonefish offers fine dining at a very reasonable price and its food and service quality is consistently high.

Our vacation in Panama City Beach was GREAT and it all started when we arrived at the Grand Panama Beach Resort. This property was execellent, all the space and amenities you could ask for. It provided us with everything we wanted and needed. we look forward to returning next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well furnished. The only items we had to furnish were garbage bags and Tide. Be sure you realize this condo is in Tower 2 which is across the street from the beach. I did not research well enough and didn't realize this. We enjoyed are stay. The property was well maintained. Property manager handled our request in a reasonable time and manner. The pools and views were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Everyone at the resort went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would love the opportunity to come back another time! This trip was for our Senior daughter, and a freind. They loved it!!! Made some lasting memories!!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo far exceeded my family's expectations. The pictures are nice, but it just doesn't do the unit justice. The unit itself is in a great property, that features so many amenities. Not that I care to do laundry on vacation, but there is a set in the actual condo. The master bedroom was incredible. It has gorgeous views, and a walk out on to the patio. Coffee at sunrise....The master also has it's own bath, dual sinks, seated shower and tub. The other rooms have their own bathrooms too. The kitchen is a nice size, with a pull up seated bar area, right next to the 6 seats dining room table. The furniture is also very nice - not "beachy" type....refined but comfortable. We went with another family, and in splitting the cost, we had an amazing deal ! If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay - look no more ! Oh, and BTW, don't forget the complimentary daily use of two lounge chairs with an umbrella on the beach !Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
