The condominium is clean and well furnished. ALL the appliances except for the vent hood are BRAND NEW. The photo is outdated. Much of the furniture is gorgeous & brand new. Pictures do not necessarily reflect this. There are new bathroom fixtures in the master bath with tile floors.
The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a wall mounted flat screen TV and a DVD player. The living room features a TV and VCR.
There is a community pool that was just recently updated and is available for your use for free!
The house is one block from the beach.
