  My Wife and I have been spending the last 5 winters on 30A and this condo is by far the best we have had that we can call our winter home. Everything in this condo is above and beyond our expectations, All our winter friends are only a 5 minute walk away and they are very envious of our winter home so the location is terrific and the sunset from the oversized balcony is wonderful. Our owners Beth and Stuart have been wonderful to rent from, they are so accomadating and responsive to all our needs, it has been a wonderful winter. Thank you Beth & Stuart for allowing us to stay in your condo for the winter, hopefully we can do it again in the future. The Croziers from Ontario

  My husband and I have been vacationing in Florida all of our lives. We had always stayed in PCB until a few years ago, when we decided the traffic and noise was too much and not at all relaxing. We moved our stay to Destin, which was a very nice location. The last couple of years we became frustrated with the noise and traffic in that area as well. Our vacation in this condo was amazingly relaxing. We enjoyed the walks to the pool and beach. My boys loved the huge pool with the waterfalls. It was the best time that we had experienced in years on the beach. The ocean was clear and just beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. We enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee and walking through all the shops at Rosemary Beach. And at the end of the day, we came back to this beautifully decorated and vastly spacious "home away from home". We never had to wait for an elevator. Most of the time we just took the stairs, that's the beauty of being on the 2nd floor. We have definitely found our new vacation spot.   Our family stayed for a week and fell in love with this area. Our kids are 3 and 1 and they had such a great time. The beach is beautiful, the pool is enormous, people are friendly, and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We rented bikes and a buggy from Big Fish (they deliver) and rode the path on 30A every morning. This condo is well decorated, yet comfortable and the owners were very helpful in providing info on local dining, etc. The condo is walking distance to the pool, beach and restaurants in SeaCrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We had a rental car, so we also drove to Seaside and Grayton Beach for dinner a couple of times. We are so glad we were introduced to this little piece of Paradise. It was a nice break from the typical tourist attractions, t-shirt shops, and chain restaurants. Truly a place you have to experience to understand. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

  We enjoyed our stay so very much! This condo is very clean, beautiful, and spacious! The pictures of the condo looked incredible and we were not disappointed in any way. Not only is the living space great but what surrounds the condo is also superb! There are wonderful biking and or walking trails with plenty of shopping and restaurants to entertain you. The pool is amazing and the access to the beach includes a beautiful short walk. There was nothing that we could ask to be improved upon. We enjoyed our visit so much and the only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! :) I would highly recommend this condo and area to everyone I know. Thank you gracious owners for sharing by renting this out....I would move in if I were you. :)))))

  This unit was very comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient! We did not have to drive anywhere during our stay! The owner was very quick to respond and very friendly, helpful and welcoming! We would highly recommend this property for both a short-term or long-term vacation stay! It was hard to leave! Super close to both the beach and enormous pool! Enjoyed a workout with Cross-fit Personal Trainer, downstairs from the unit as well as relaxing bike rides! We cannot wait to come back!

  We live 90 miles from Panama City Beach and have had many vacations in that area. Twice in recent years we stayed in Seagrove. Last week we stayed in this condo. It is by far the finest beach vacation we have experienced. This unit is beautiful, clean, quiet, AND comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the breeze and beautiful view of the area. A special treat was the splendid display of fireworks on the night of July 4th. The grandchildren enjoyed the beach, but loved the swimming pool. It is the largest and most aesthetic pool we have experienced. Wait till you see the three waterfalls and the spaciousness of the deck with abundant lounge chairs! There are so many restaurants in the area. We can recommend LaCocina Mexican Grill right on the square, the Spicy Noodle on Highway 98, and West Bay Seafood Steamer under the bridge on 79 North (for steamed shrimp, corn, and potatoes. Yum)! Seacrest Sundries is a convenience store next to the square that also serves breakfast and lunch; do not miss their homemade chicken salad! We ate in the condo and found the kitchen to be user friendly in storage, preparation and cleanup. What fun it was to bike with our children and grandchildren. We made several trips of seven miles and it never felt like exercise. On our after dinner bike rides we went to Sweet Jeni’s, the ice cream/gelato shop in Seacrest. Prepare to wait in line for ice cream at the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach… it is worth the wait. One big advantage we enjoyed on this vacation is that there was no off premise real estate office for check in and out. The keyless entry allowed each of us to come and go without the worry of keeping up with a key! We had no problem finding this complex and unit. The directions were clear and easy. Enjoy!

  My family and I stayed for a week and had a blast. This Condo is super nice and located in a great location. This area is very nice, clean, and quiet. Not at all your run of the mill beach condo types. The pool area is huge. It's located right on literally miles of safe paths for biking, jogging, etc. The villages close by have some great places to eat and shop. Between the beach, the pool, the bikes, this was clearly one of the best vacation spots we've been to. We were delighted!

  This was the best vacation ever! We have two teen agers, but if your kids are small, or no kids - this is the best, the classiest vacation location we have ever been to. We were amazed at the beauty, the serenity of Seacrest, the cleanliness of the entire area, how very nice the decor was - as well as the location and atmosphere of Seacrest. Whether you ride bikes, or walk, or drive, there is such a leisurely, relaxing pace to this area. The beaches are fabulous, with emerald green, clear water and white sand. There are so many activities in close proximity with both Panama City and Destin close by. But just staying at the condo and walking to the pool, biking to sightsee, great seafood just down the street- our time there was all too short and way fun! We ate at La Cocina the first night and it was great Mexican food. We purchased our own seafood at Goatfeather's seafood store and it was the best and freshest shrimp and crabcakes! The shops of Seacrest, as well as Rosemary beach -had great shopping; and all within walking and bike riding distance. There are stores in malls and outlet malls within a 20 minute drive - and we went to them all! There are opportunities to swim with dolphins, snorkle, rent wave runners, and sailing just a short drive away. The quiet peacefulness of Seacrest makes the memory of our time there draw us back as soon as we possibly can! We had no idea that a place that reminds us of Hawaii was so close. Cannot wait to go back and see what we may have missed. You can drive the entire 30A highway, but you will not find a better place to vacation than this!! The owners of this condo have much to be proud of. They were most helpful - as we were completely unfamiliar to this area and they left great instructions and suggestions. We feel blessed to have been able to stay at this condo and can say - there is none better! We highly recommend this condo to everyone!! The photos are great and do represent this property well- but you have to experience this place to realize just how good the photos are. Just cannot say enough good things about this condo!!

  We had a great time! Owner was spot on with communication and information. Timely with responses and very helpful. Condo was very nice and clean. Location is great! Beach is an 8 minute walk, pool is 5! Great restaurants near by, and grocery shopping is close. We would recommend Solace Spa (thanks for the suggestion!) and Pizza by the Sea! There is a great consignment shop downstairs and for the brave and fit, there is a crossfit gym downstairs as well. We hated to leave and hope to stay here again!
