  My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this apartment, which was very clean and well furnished. The administration and all the people involved with this complex were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and were surprised to be the only people most of the time. We walked a great deal, took taxis (all of which had meters and all had the price for the airport trip clearly stated), buses and of course the very well run Metro. We studied Spanish for 4 weeks at Universidad EAFIT - a real gem of a school with a great program for Foreigners. We hiked up and down the hills, found great restaurants, one of the best by far: Le Cafetiere de Anita on Avenida Poblano. The one thing to remember is that all South American cities are noisy; so pack ear plugs.

  Wonderful apartment in very safe complex in El Poblado. The owner, Chris, was very helpful in making suggestions for restaurants and transportation. He was very attentive in answering phone calls and returning our security deposit. Check in and check out was extremely easy, the apartment was tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks!

  AMAZING!!!!! The pictures DONT do justice, this place exceeded our expectations. Starting with how clean this place was. The floors were glowing, kitchen was spotless, bathrooms were a beauty to look at. This place had all of the ameneties and even beyond. Extra covers in the rooms, extra towels, wi-fi was a nice feature and so was the "Magic Jack". I will def be back here, the security guards were sooo helpful. They walked us up to the apartment and even gave us a kart to move our bags. Christopher THANK YOU for such a lovely stay.

  I would stronglly recomended this apartment to everyone that is looking for a rental while coming to Medellin. If you are looking for a modern new apartment with the best views of the city from the balcony this is your place to rent. The security in this building is great. It has a gated entrance with security at the front entrance 24 hours a day. Security also patrols each and every floor constantly and are very friendly. This apartment is located close to malls, restaurants, bars/clubs. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for your stay while in Medellin.

  The apartment has a stunning view of all Medellin!!!! Not only that but is well organized, clean and offers everything you need for a great stay on Medellin. It's also located close to good bars, restaurants and malls. The taxi ride is not to expensive there and the Metro is station is not too far. I will strongly recommend staying here.

Check in and check out times: • Check in: 4:00 PM. This allows us enough time to properly clean the apartment before your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you within 24 - 48 hours of your departure. Deposit will not be refunded if there are any damages, missing towels/items and excess cleaning needed or if apartment is left smelling of cigarettes. No Smoking is allowed in the apartment. To avoid clogged toilets do not flush feminine products, diapers, toilet paper or any other items. Please use the wastebasket located in each bathroom • Check out: 11:00 AM. Please lock the apartment and leave the keys with the security kiosk upon check out Keys: • Once you arrive, you can pick up your keys at the security kiosk at the front gate entrance. Take any elevator to 5th floor and cross parking lot and take the elevator in tower 2 to the 27th floor Apt # 2707 Phone & Internet: • To make calls to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico use the “Magic Jack” phone and dial area code and phone number. We reserve the right to deduct money from the security deposit if we receive complaints about the noise or inappropriate conduct Supermarkets & Malls • There is a 24hr supermarket on Via Las Palmas called “Carulla” and there is a mini market near the security kiosk • There are many excellent malls near by including San Diego, Premium Plaza & Santafe Transportation: • You can catch a taxi or bus in front of the security kiosk. Feel free to ask security kiosk to provide you an estimate on taxi fare. You can also catch a green bus labeled metro that will connect you to the train station “Exposiciones” Restaurants/Bars/Clubs: • You can find many restaurants, bars and clubs along Via Las Palmas. There are also many located in the “Zona Rosa” near Parque Lleras. All are a short taxi ride away.
