My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this apartment, which was very clean and well furnished. The administration and all the people involved with this complex were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and were surprised to be the only people most of the time. We walked a great deal, took taxis (all of which had meters and all had the price for the airport trip clearly stated), buses and of course the very well run Metro. We studied Spanish for 4 weeks at Universidad EAFIT - a real gem of a school with a great program for Foreigners. We hiked up and down the hills, found great restaurants, one of the best by far: Le Cafetiere de Anita on Avenida Poblano. The one thing to remember is that all South American cities are noisy; so pack ear plugs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+.

Wonderful apartment in very safe complex in El Poblado. The owner, Chris, was very helpful in making suggestions for restaurants and transportation. He was very attentive in answering phone calls and returning our security deposit. Check in and check out was extremely easy, the apartment was tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks!Recommended for: Families with young children

AMAZING!!!!! The pictures DONT do justice, this place exceeded our expectations. Starting with how clean this place was. The floors were glowing, kitchen was spotless, bathrooms were a beauty to look at. This place had all of the ameneties and even beyond. Extra covers in the rooms, extra towels, wi-fi was a nice feature and so was the "Magic Jack". I will def be back here, the security guards were sooo helpful. I would stronglly recomended this apartment to everyone that is looking for a rental while coming to Medellin. If you are looking for a modern new apartment with the best views of the city from the balcony this is your place to rent. The security in this building is great. It has a gated entrance with security at the front entrance 24 hours a day. Security also patrols each and every floor constantly and are very friendly. This apartment is located close to malls, restaurants, bars/clubs. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for your stay while in Medellin.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The apartment has a stunning view of all Medellin!!!! Not only that but is well organized, clean and offers everything you need for a great stay on Medellin. It's also located close to good bars, restaurants and malls. The taxi ride is not to expensive there and the Metro is station is not too far. I will strongly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I had a great stay at this apartment back in May, it had some incredible views of the city and very helpful staff in the building.. The owner Chris was great and answered all my questions quickly before, during and after my trip.. I just returned from my trip. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. I did not need to bring anything with me except my clothes. I have stayed in many places in Medellin and this apartment has the best water pressure in the showers BAR NONE! That is important to me. :) The security was friendly and even helped me to my room with my luggage. There is a "mini market" on the bottom floor just in case you need anything quick. There is a small playground area for the kids. The views from this apartment are breath taking. I probably shouldn't have written a good review because the apartment will be tougher to rent in the future when I return. hahahaha. In all seriousness, the owner was very helpful, answered all of my questions and I cannot wait to come back and stay again. You will not be disappointed with this place. This is a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The property itself is very secure. There is a gated entry where all visitors are screened, and I was contacted before they were permitted to enter. The grounds are patrolled by a very polite, friendly and accommodating group of security guards. Among other things, they helped carry groceries to the apartment, arranged for taxis, and escorted visitors to the door who were unfamiliar with the complex. The apartment has beautiful views from every room of the city of Medellin. It has been kept in a new and immaculate condition, and the maid was exceedingly conscientious about keeping it that way. All necessary kitchen utensils were stocked, as were plenty of fresh towels and sheets for all the bedrooms. The telephone, washer, t.v. and cable were in perfect working condition, as were all the other amenities. Any potential issues were addressed by the owners of the apartment, who are quite friendly and concerned with insured that my stay was comfortable. All in all, the apartment was an excellent base of operations for a memorable vacation in the beautiful, friendly, safe and clean city of Medellin. In 3 weeks I never had one bad experience, and look forward to returning soon. I honestly can't say anything bad about my stay, and am available as a reference through the owners for further information. D.
