There are three full bathrooms, three bedrooms each with a walk-in closet and the great panoramic city views from all bedrooms and spacious living room and balcony areas. You will be living in style at ground zero in the heart of Medellin. Each room has 32” plasmas and ipod docks. The living room has a 51” plasma. This apartment is perfect for those wanting a luxurious American living space set among breathtaking city vistas and located at the heart of all the action of Parque Lleras.

This apartment has quite arguably the best view in Medellin. An entire evening can be spent relaxing on the balcony or in the hot tub overlooking Colombia's second largest metropolis. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms make this an ideal apartment for families or a group of friends. Within walking distance to the trendy night spots & restaurants. The owner is also a pleasure to deal with. He answers all of your questions in an expedient manner and is willing to work around complex international schedules. If traveling to multiple locations in Colombia, the owner also has a brilliant penthouse in Cartagena.

I stayed at this property for 6 nights in January. The apartment is in great shape and has a magnificent view over El Poblado. Just a short walking distance (5 min) from Parque Lleras the apartment is perfectly located. Jaccuzzi in the apartment was lots of fun... The owner was always helpful and everything worked out perfectly. I will return.

This is an awesome apartment with all the amenities....beautifull views of the City of Medellin...very modern and cozy. The owner and his assistants are great always available for anything you need. If you do not stay in this place you will miss a fantastic place for less than the best hotel in Medellin. You can walk to Parque Lleras and also walk to Pomona a local supermarket chain for your groceries needs.

The mantra in New York real state is “location, location, location”. For a first time visitor to Medellin this is even more critical and Ignacio the owner, has solved this problem in the most elegant manner. If you are considering travelling to Medellin, and need a luxurious, well appointed apartment in a very safe building within steps of the heart of the nightlife I highly recommend reaching out to Ignacio. I am a single male that has travelled the bulk of the world for both work and pleasure. Although I am adventurous and can adapt to most any environment and social condition, when I am on vacation I prefer to have all of the creature comforts that I have grown accustomed living in New York and Paris. I travelled for the first time to Medellin a few weeks ago for eleven days and I wanted to stay in an apartment, in the heart of the higher-end nightlife, where I could walk out safely and be in the midst of the restaurant and nightlife action. I was a bit worried at first renting a place from an internet sight, but I took the risk and I was happily surprised to find that the apartment was not only the same as the one in the photos but exceeded my expectations in terms of; luxury, location, cleanliness and gorgeous panoramic views. I stayed at two apartments supplied by Ignacio, the reason for this is that I extended my trip due to great time I was having. Both apartments were magnificent and will satisfy the needs and expectations of the most discerning tourists. Not mentioned in the webpage, is the fact that they are located within a 1-minute walk from the Park 10 boutique hotel, which is a great reference point and serves a great American style breakfast. I am currently planning two trips to Medellin, a short one in either October or December and a longer one in mid January. I will make all my accommodation arrangements with Ignacio, he has proven to be an honorable, reliable and serious gentleman.

For my first time in Medellin, I have to say I was very pleased with my selection on where to stay. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. Great views, modern, and very clean! I took advantage of the pick up service from the airport which was on time and I have to say Edwin will go all out to make you fill comfortable. I had a short disconnect on long distance service which I could have waited until the next morning but to my surprise the owner had Edwin over within minutes to reconnect the service...I give him thumbs up on the service!!! The location is perfect, I was able to walk to everything (Parque Lleras, restaurants, and supermarkets). As for relaxtion, very comfortable beds and you must take advantage of the hot tub! I will have no hesitation renting this condo again.

This place is fantastic and in very safe area. Beautiful apartment with amazing view, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, jacuzzi, kitchen, phone for local and long distance calls, wifi, and flat screen tv's in every room. Great location close to parque lleras, bars, nightlife, food, taxis, and supermarkets. Building is very nice, and has 24 hr security. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, transaction was smooth, got deposit back right away. Property manager was also very friendly cool guy. Will definitely stay here again WHEN (not if) I go back.

I'm a frequent traveler to Medellin and Colombia overall and this place rocks. As soon as you walk in you fall in love with the view. It's spectacular. The baclony stretches the entire living and dining room. At night- you slide the doors open, sit out there with a bottle of wine and enjoy the night. The building is in an excellent location. Only about a 10 minute walk to Parque Lleras, where all the great eateries and bars are located. You can walk anytime at night without anyone bothering you. The building is gated with security. The place is managed by Edwin who is awesome. Whatever you need, call him and he makes it happen. If you need a cab to pick you up at the building the security desk can help make that call but you have to take care of them. They're not really suppose to that for you. 3 bedrooms so there's plenty of space. And you can't beat the price. At least not for the quality. Great location, great furnishings, great overall experience. I travel down every 2 months and this is my new place everytime.
