  The apartment is in a great central location, close to Downtown and Seattle Center. the place is small but very clean and well kept. The sleeper sofa was really comfortable! thank you for a lovely stay!

  My husband and I recently vacationed in Seattle and we had a wonderful time. Our condo unit was all that we had hoped for. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a great location. Autumn, the manager, greeted us upon arrival and answered all of our questions. She even hunted down and returned my I Phone charger that I left in the condo, after we checked out! We spent 2 weeks here (with sunny, warm fall weather) and we walked everywhere as it was about a 10 minute walk to the Pike Place Market, Seattle Center and also downtown. There were numerous good restaurants in the immediate block (especially Branzino's) and even more within about two blocks. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try them all! We will definitedly return to this condo!

  We stayed in this rental for a week with our 9 year old son. We liked the location and parking the most. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Pike's Place, the Space Needle, museums, the aquarium, the monorail and so many good restaurants that I can't list them all here. I'm not use to city parking, especially on the steep hills around Seattle. Luckily, we left our car parked in the apartment building and were able to walk around the city. The unit itself is nice. The online pictures were accurate- it's been recently renovated with modern furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed and having the washer/dryer was very convenient. The only downside was the heat. During our first 2 days there, the temperature reached 90 and the unit was unbearable until it cooled down in the late evening. There is an air cooler in the bedroom, which was fine for that one room, but we had to stay in that room with the door shut or we stayed out until the temperature dropped. Fortunately, it was only like this for 2 days. Then the weather got cooler and we had no other problems with the unit. Most older dwellings in Seattle don't have central a/c because there are so few days that hot there. We appreciate that the owner put an air cooler in the bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves here.

With an average summer high termperature of only 75 degrees, it is very rare that air-conditioning is required in Seattle. We are one of the only rentals in Belltown that provides a portable air conditioner. Based on your feedback, we are also installing a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Thank you, again! Melissa

  The condo was wonderful and worked out perfectly. It is in a terrific location,within walking distance to so many attractions; it was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything was great and I'll definitely contact you again for our next trip to Seattle!

  My daughter (10) and I stayed here for three nights. The apartment is exactly as shown, clean, comfy and I can't say enough about the great location! The building is quiet and well-kept. We had the pool to ourselves in the evenings. We dined at Belltown Pizza, Tovolata, and Wasabi; all excellent restaurants within a block of the condo. In fact, Tavolata served me the best ravioli I have ever had. You gotta try it. We walked to Pike Place Market, Experience Music Project, the Space Needle, and the Pacific Science Center. I am not someone who likes to walk places and I found it no problem whatsoever. Great place. Great stay. Would do it again.

  We cannot say enough about this condo or the manager. It is spotless--clean with tasteful decor and in a fantastic location. After a long day of flying we were greeted by the very friendly manager AND a bottle of wine! It was such a nice welcome. The beds (even the hide a bed with the inflatable mattress) are more than comfortable, the sheets are top quality and they seem to have thought of everything to make this a great place for guests. The location is wonderful. Even though we rented a car, we never had to use it. There are loads of restaurants right in the neighborhood, but our favorite was the Italian restaurant right outside the front door of the building. (I can't remember the name, but the food was fantastic!) There's a bakery on the other side of the building that has the most amazing scones. It's a good thing we were walking so much, given all our food consumption! This was by far our best rental experience. We would recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely place in a great location. We are looking forward to our next visit!

  Clean and comfortable. Manager very helpful and responsive. Store, bakery, restaurants all within walking distance. We easily walked to Pike's Market. Only issue: smoke alarm overly sensitive; turn on all vents/fans before even using toaster. Easy work-around when it went off: furiously fanning the alarm unit. But that did get a little old. Unit was quiet too -- no street noise. We used fitness center frequently and we were satisfied. We would stay here again.

  I spent a few days at this condo with a couple of friends for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect! The apartment was really clean, modern and comfortable and the kitchen had all the items we could ever need to prepare meals, though we mostly went out to eat. Loved the comfy air mattress on the sofabed. I didn't rent a car - everything we did was within walking distance. We took full advantage of the amenities in the building - pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, 7th floor terrace with amazing view. I try to get to Seattle and the Pacific Northwest at least once a year and will definitely rent this place again.
