  We have just returned from a fantastic two weeks in Florida. This was helped by having really great spacious accommodation which had everything you could need and more. Great location and everyone we met on the complex was really friendly. Owners were really quick at getting back to us if we had to contact them during the holiday. Would definitely recommend this unit and we are thinking of renting the smaller one next year.

  The condo and the grounds were beautiful. Our family enjoyed ourselves with all of the amenities the condo and the complex had to offer. The owners were very attentive and were always available. The condo was also a short drive away from all of the activities and fun at nearby Clearwater beaches. This was our first visit to Clearwater Florida and we definitely plan on visiting again soon.

  We rented this condo to be near our daughter's home in Palm Harbor. We had a wonderful stay. Our grandkids loved the bay for fishing and the pool for cooling down. The condo was exactly as advertised and more. It is a lovely home, clean and well furnished.

  We were 6 adults and stayed comfortably in the 3 bedroom condo. It was clean and airy had plenty of household necessities. We spent so much time in the clean pool and hot tub. We also tried the kayaks. That was an additional treat. The 24 hour gate guard made us feel safe when we would walk at night.. Another plus was being close to shopping centers. However, I would still recommend having transportation. The owners were very helpful every time we called them. My family and I would definetly recommend this condo (resort) and plan on coming back next time we visit Clearwater FL.

  Condo was clean, very accomodating for a family of 5. Pool was beautiful, clean and close to condo. Grounds were very well kept up. Would rent again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Venezia Resort. The 3 bedroom luxury condo that we rented was spacious, well maintained and came with all the amenities of home including a big screen tv above the fireplace and an iPod docking station for enjoying your favorite music. The condo is located close to the club house that houses both a fitness center and a large heated outdoor pool. Meandering through this gated water front community overlooking Old Tampa Bay is a 1.5 km long paved walkway that brought many enjoyable morning and evening strolls. Dolphin and manatee sightings in the bay were just a bonus. If you like biking, a 40 mile paved trail is just a short 2 blocks away. The complex is located close to all amenities in the area ranging from fabulous beaches, great restaurants (Bon Appetit in Dunedin and The Palm Pavillion on Clear Water Beach were two of our favorites), reasonably priced golf courses ($25 to $40 including cart), lots of shopping and many other attractions. If you like museums, we would highly recommend the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. The condo owners, Lala and Charlie, were very accommodating and great to deal with. We would not hesitate to return to the Grand Venezia for another visit to this area of Florida.

  My husband and I stayed here with our 2 yr old son and another couple with their two kids, We had such a great vacation staying here!! The condo itself is tastefully decorated with everything you would need. There is tons of space and being on the ground level makes coming and going very accessible. This is our second time staying in this community and we definitely plan to come back. Thank you to the owners for making our stay comfortable and easy.

  Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on spring break! The condo was well-appointed and extremely clean with great amentities that suited our family of 5 well, such as a large capacity washer/dryer and beach towels and mats provided. The location of the unit was great, as it was on the first floor (we had a double strolle with us, so thrilled we didn't have to go up stairs!) and close to the pool entrance. We loved the park on-site, the fitness center and the walking path! The owners were great to work with and helpful in answering our questions. We had an excellent experience and already recommended to family and friends.
