Very clean & well-kept 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium condo in a great central location with lots of conveniences. It is located in upscale Chapel Square (built in 1999) on the top floor with a great sunny view toward the west & Beaver Creek ski area. It is located within 5 minutes to Beaver Creek & even less to the newly built gondola located in the heart of Avon. Drive or take a free shuttle to Beaver Creek or Vail (nominal charge) which is 10 minutes down I-70. This condo offers great rates with many conveniences such as the heated underground secured parking garages, lockable ski locker, shared hot tub/steam room down the hall, free internet wi-fi service, plasma mounted tvs in both bedrooms, gas river rock fireplace, & cathedral ceiling w/ surround sound speakers.
Great restaurants are an elevator ride away, shopping & restaurants are on the ground level floor & grocery shopping is within walking distance. The Eagle/Vail airport is located 20 minutes to the west of the condo & Denver International Airport is approx. 110 miles to the east via I-70.
Enjoy the spacious master bedroom which features a king-sized bed, cathedral ceiling, wall-mounted plasma tv, & plenty of storage. The master bath has a double tiled vanity & jetted jacuzzi tub/shower. The guest/2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wall- mounted plasma tv, cathedral ceiling & plenty of storage. The second bathroom is accessed by the guest bedroom or the foyer area for ease of use. This bathroom has a great tiled shower w/ beautiful glass surround.
The living area couch pulls out to a bed that sleeps an additional 2 people. Luxurious designer furnishings throughout the condo, surround sound speakers throughout living area, tv/vcr/dvd, washer & dryer, & fully furnished kitchen. Iron & ironing board available in the closet along with a pack 'n play/crib.
We frequent & enjoy the condo often to ensure its' cleanliness & suitability for our guests. We pride ourselves in keeping the unit smoke & pet free & are extremely confident that you will enjoy & appreciate staying at our place in Chapel Square while visiting the Vail Valley ANY time of the year.
