The condo has been recently renovated with all stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large walkin closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex is well maintained and gated.

Condo was a perfect option for our recent stay for our family of four, including two teens. Well stocked, clean, great location, safe neighborhood with many excellent dining options within walking distance. Very good Mediterranean, Thai and seafood restaurants within an easy walk along with many breakfast and coffee house options that kept our teens busy. Our thanks to Paula for her responsiveness as owner and host; she made herself very available to answer any questions or concerns. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedroom pillows. Would definitely consider this listing for future stays.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed at the condo over the Christmas-New Year holiday to visit with our daughter, her husband and their new 3 week old baby. The condo was perfect for us and our son who stayed in the second bedroom. It was clean and was well maintained. We had a problem with the heat/air conditioning, and Paula took care of it immediately. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. It's only about 15 minutes to the French Quarter and downtown. Shopping is only two blocks away and Drago's Restaurant (terrific) is down the block. What more could you want? The only caution is that the condo is located on the third floor. There is no elevator, so anyone who has a problem with stairs should take this into consideration.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

We had a great time! We walked to LeMadeline for breakfast and also walked to Drago's for dinner one night and had a fantastic meal. The condo is centrally located making it was an easy drive to uptown for the St. Patrick's Day Parade and to the French Quarter. Thank you.Did you find this review helpful?
