Gorgeous unobstructed Gulf views from the 2nd floor at Summerspell.This 2nd floor unit offers one of the very few corner balconys in the guilding that over looks the pool.
It just doesn't get any better than this! Sit on your balcony and take in the view of the beach and the sound of the waves. This particular unit offers amazing views all the way down the beach and has an beautiful sunset view in the evening. We have just recently updated this unit with new tile, paint, bedding, and offers the coziness of home but the cool relaxing colors Florida has to offer! Master Bedroom offers a king size Postorpedic bed, built-in bunk beds and queen sofa sleeper; this unit can sleep 5 comfortably. Recent updates include new paint and fully tiled floors in all areas! We now have Wireless Internet!!!
Summerspell is a perennial favorite along Scenic Highway 98 and is a low rise Condo beachside complex with a max of 30 units. It is an excellent choice for small families and couples looking for a beach retreat without paying gulf front prices. Step out your front door, across the scenic Hwy Crosswalk and you are at the BEACH!
Amenities include: Seasonal Heated pool, Outdoor Whirlpool Spa, BBQ grilling area, and onsite laundry facilities. Pompano Joe's world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex. Dining, entertainment, fishing, golfing, bike/scooter rentals and much more is all within a short distance of Summerspell.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Summerspell 203. The view was great and the condo was very accommodating for 4 adults and 1 child. The owner has thought if everything and this condo is well equipped with anything you may need. The extra beach chairs, towels, and toys were a wonderful asset. The owner is very easy to work with and the check in and out process was very convenient. (No driving around looking for realtor). The beach is very close and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The location is great and the pictures are as is. I would definetly recommend thus condo and would certainly stay here again. Thanks so much for a great experience.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had an awesome time and love this condo. It's in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of four and small dog. This condo is in a great location and has a great view of the gulf and the pool. It has been updated and includes all of the amenities you may need. It is well maintained and it was very clean upon our arrival. The wall mounted TVs are great and Wi Fi is included. There are a couple of our favorite beach side dining establishments within walking distance. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. They are great to work with. We have already planned another stay in this condo.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This unit is very well stocked, dishes, utensils, pots, bowls, covered containers, coffee scoop - anything you might need scissors, ink pen, and the list goes on- It is very obvious the owner cares about her guests stay. Books, books for small children, cards, a Playstation 2, etc. Clean and comfortable furnishing, bathroom towels, etc of good weight, unit very bright and and comfortable- view from porch is outstanding, container box on porch has sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs. The personal touch is definitely there. Even though it is a pet unit I would recommend it to anyone- very clean and fresh. In dealing with the owner, a very pleasant experience. Calls immediately, friendly, and professional. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as my companion(dog) and I did.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We absolutely enjoyed our week stay!! The condo had a great view from of the ocean the balcony, which was our favorite place to hang out after a day at the beach. We also loved that we were able to take our doggie. There was plenty to do and several great resturants within walking distance! Can't wait till next summer to book again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My husband and I loved this condo, it was perfect and just big enough for the 2 of us. The balcony was great for breakfast in the morning and watching the ocean waves. We were very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. And the condo was beautifully decorated. My wife and I stayed in this condo for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The view from the balcony is spectacular, and it's wonderful to have a quick 2 minute walk to a clean beach. The unit is lovely, and it's a short drive to practically anything you'd want to do in the Destin area. We had an amazing time at the condo, and hopefully we return 1 day! Where to start is hard to decide. I have been to Summerspell 3 times but this was the 1st in unit 203. I love it!!! If it was for sale I would sell a limb to science to buy the unit. We had so much fun, the unit is super clean and I love the big screen tv in the den. Plenty of room for 2 adults and a baby and a pick up truck full of baby supplies of course. The complex is always quiet as we really do know since it's our 3rd time there we even ran into other guest who we met on previous trips. Stop searching other units for rent book this one now!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The condo is a bit small, but okay for two adults. The unit was clean and seems well kept by the owners. We appreciate that it is pet friendly, so our dog could travel with us. Overall, it's a good rental unit and we enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Summerspell:
We choose to purchase this condo along the beach becuase we feel this is the best place to come and get away from our very busy life. We live just minutes away but don' t see any reason to travel to any other beaches when we have the Best Beaches in the world at our fingertips! Why go anywhere else.
Our condo is just steps from the beach, and easy accesses to Pompano Joes for lunch or dinner (on the Travel Channel)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I am a local real estate agent (selling only investment properties); when i saw this listing come on the market i knew i had to have it! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION (and the view)...The Gulf view is amazing! However, the property needed a lot of love which we were willing to give! We replaced about everything in the condo from new paint, flooring to new bedcovers and cookware. It is now our home away from home and we love it!
Our family of 5 plus our Minnie schnauzer stay out our unit about once a month (we are locals).
The kids love the pool and easy walk to the beach. I love that i can sit on the balcony and watch the kids at the pool and still have a great view of the beach! Abby (our Minnie Schnauzer) loves to people and dog watch from the balcony! My hubby is happy with the fact we are all happy and he can watch his sports on the Flat Screen TVs.
