I stayed here 4/28/2013 Sun to 4/30 Tue for a short business in town. I loved staying here. Clean. Well-appointed. View. Professional staff. Size is very big as it's more like a studio with a king size bed and a pull-out sofa couch. I think a family of 3-4, if kids are small, would be a perfect fit. Bathroom is also very big with double bowl and a big soaking tub as well as a glassed-in shower stall. Mark worked with me in letting me stay here at a very short notice. I'll be going back here for any Las Vegas trips going forward. One note. Tower 3 closes at 10PM. After 10, any entry/exit is made from Tower 2 entrance. Tower 2 is adjoined to Tower 3 by a short 2 minute walk. I didn't mind it but it was a surprise.

Yes on weekdays the desks at tower 1 and tower 3 will close up after 10 and the staff will direct incoming guests to tower 2 for check in since it is central to both. If you are out and on foot you can still enter either tower 1 or 3 after you come thru the main Signature security gates. Anyway, you are absolutely right on the accommodations fitting 2 people great and 3 or 4 if the children are smaller and can share the pull out. When I get requests for more than 3 adults I think the studios get too tight. At least to enjoy as they should be enjoyed. Thanks again, come back anytime. Glad it worked well for you. Mark

Awesome studio condo in the Signature MGM Tower 3. Well appointed, gorgeous view and clean and quiet! We will definitely stay again! Owner was very helpful prior to our arrival!

We had an excellent experience staying in Mark's condo. It was the perfect balance of the amount of luxury we were looking for and a good price. The value for this place is amazing. Things we loved: -not having to wait in a stuffy, smoky casino, in a huge line up to check in/check out -clean air, all around (no smoke!) -resort fees are included...beautiful -all amenities were included - pools, MGM pools, exercise room, parking -the comfortable King size bed with comfy pillows -the bathroom....shower is amazing! -view from the room -the staff are SO NICE! There wasn't anything we didn't like about the place...the walk to the MGM pools was within minutes, but the walk to the casino was a tad longer for us because we would only go to the poker room which is near the back. Still, within 10 mins. Even the walk to the Cosmo was pretty quick, within 10 mins. A big plus for us was the kitchen.....never had done this before but we went to wal-mart upon arriving, bought a few things for breakfast and made breakfast every morning in the room. We saved SO much money this way! (Basically, it cost $10 for both of us to have a GOOD yummy, healthy breakfast for 3 nights) I was really proud of myself, ha! This made it easier for me to decide on nice restaurants for dinner and I didn't mind spending extra for that. The staff was ever so helpful and even though we didn't get the maid service, we encountered some of them and they were very friendly. We were offered bottles of water throughout the stay. The check in-check out service was seamless. The room was clean. Mark was amazing to deal with...very quick to respond to any emails. We'll be back definitely and will recommend this place to everyone we know!

Great Location and very clean

So nice to be able to go home without going through a casino. Drinks at the pool are Hawaii like prices, but such is all of Las Vegas these days so that's just an FYI not a negative about this place. Nice view from the room, and plenty of space for two. Excellent friendly staff, uncrowded elevators... everything one might find annoying about the MGM Grand itself is not present here. Smokers might not like it here as much... it's an almost completely smoke free facility.

Owner response: Hi Jerry, thanks for the nice review. You're spot on about the staff they are very courteous. (not that they shouldn't be at any property worth its salt...) I believe part of it is due to being condos vs. a corporate owned property. Also not sure how a smoker would survive there. It is completely a non-smoking property. I know the balconies in some units end up as a respite for smokers sneaking a puff but even that is technically not allowed. Glad you had a great time. Wish we could get our friends that manage the property at MGM to come off of the prices poolside a bit myself... :-)

Fine for the money

just like all units at the Signature, this one is nicely arranged and comfortable with a good view. for the money, it's a good value for the overall property and size of living area. the unit does shows wear and things need updating and freshening up. scuffs on walls, carpet and furniture stains and wear and a/c air flow and temperature need attention. I'm used to good, cool sleeping conditions, and the a/c unit was working constantly, but the room never got below 70. it was reported to desk and owner, and it looked like someone did attempt to service it, but to no avail. the cleaning service was the most disappointing- M&M's under the best, floor not vacuumed well at all, stickiness and stains on surfaces, no garbage bag in larger trash receptacle- with this my 6th or so visit to the Signature, I found the tidiness of the unit below expectations. the owner is very easy to work with during the booking process- and the price was fair, with resort fees, etc. being included in the cost. I'd certainly consider this owner again for my next convention visit to Vegas and the Signature, but more than likely not this unit unless cleaning service is changed and studio room updated. nothing to shy away from, but not the standard I'm used to at the Signature.

I know these things sometimes happen, but as you can see from the previous 72 reviews and the guest who followed you, the experience was clearly an exception. That said, I'd like to never have an exception and apologize. I've sent your review to the cleaning service (Blue Chip - which is also a property manager for other owners). They typically do a top notch job, and since I was just there 2 weeks before you and didn't note issues with the carpet I've asked them to inspect it closely and do a special cleaning if needed. As respects the AC, I've not had that concern voiced before or since, and did send MGM maintenance up to check on the unit. I'll continue to monitor for problems with subsequent guests, and thank you for acknowledging my prompt attention to your request. Thanks, Mark

Our second visit to Mark's Signature condo was a great as the first! We enjoy the beautiful, comfy room, awesome view and proximity to the MGM Grand and strip. Thanks for sharing this gem with us... you're wonderful to work with and we look forward to our next trip to Vegas @ The Signature.

Excellent Stay

The unit is is precisely as pictured. Definately a great value for the cost. But above that, the owner is excellent to work with. When we checked in (late in evening after an exhausting travel day) the room had not been cleaned. We were able to find another room in the Signature for the night. The owner was great about rectifying the situation by paying for the room that we were forced to rent the night before. Additionally, he made sure the cleaning staff made the room ready first thing in the morning. He is great to deal with, and went out of his way to make sure that the situation was resolved.

This was our first time booking through VRBO. What a great experience we had! Mark made the entire experience a breeze - right from the start. His place was just right. Exactly as advertised. My husband and I wanted a quieter, smoke free environment to which we could retreat after the chaos of a Vegas wedding party weekend. From the moment we arrived at the front door, we knew we had made the right choice. Finding quiet serenity in Vegas is a score. Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect for us...a block off the strip, close to the train and a 5 minute covered walk to the MGM. Services were perfect too including, what in some hotels is a real drag, a good solid internet connection. For those who need to do business while away from home, this is a HUGE issue. We were very happy about that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....the minor details that were missing were insignificant (face cloth and dish towel) and after mentioning them to Mark after our stay found out we could have corrected them on the spot - oh well - good to know for future stays! And, as I mentioned above, because we are new to VRBO, we just chose to work around it. Sorry for using all the paper towels Mark! Ha, ha. Next time we're in Vegas, we'll be back - for sure.

Beautiful Room

We stayed 3 nights in this room and it is even nicer than the photos show. It was very clean and after hours of walking in Vegas, the jacuzzi tub was a welcome relief. The Signature resort is a ways off the strip and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. Initially finding the exit out of the MGM's massive casino onto the strip was tricky too as it is not well marked, but this is not the fault of the Signature. We picked up some small items to have for breakfast as this was really the only meal we regularly ate in the unit. But it was a nice option to have. We also took leftover Chinese food back to the room and had it for a light dinner the following evening and again, the kitchen's set up was perfect for this. Microwave, decent sized fridge and all the dishes, forks, spoons etc one would need. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests for information. I have only a couple of minor suggestions: For some reason the plug to the kitchen sink was missing so washing dishes was a bit tricky. Mark: you may wish to look into this. Secondly, we were there for three nights, but there was only two packages of coffee so morning three meant no java! Buying coffee packages that will work in those little hotel type machines is tough, and so if it was possible to provide one coffee package for each morning a guest is there, that would be wonderful. Otherwise it was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay. The staff was some of the most friendliest you could hope to meet. The room was outstanding, nicely decorated and came with everything needed to cook small meals. The view from the room I stayed in was super and the entire complex was very clean.

we travelled to vegas for our wedding anniversary and were very pleased with our suite....the tower 3 is a great spot to be and it is easy to access the miracle mile shops from the street behind the tower . we had a very easy time dealing with mark ...i would highly recommend his suite!

We had a great time at Marks condo. It had all the amenities we could have needed although we ate out the entire time. We rented a car and it worked out really well. The staff was great and always very accommodating! Will visit again!

Las Vegas Signature Suite

This is a great place to stay anytime you come to Las Vegas. I love the size of these units. The staff at the signature are the best. The unit is clean, has a nice view, and is in a great location. We were there for the National Finals Rodeo. I was amazed at how many of the cowboys stayed in the same place!! I recommend this property and will go back again myself

Great location, great facilities and great service. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated, the large windows provide a nice view. The bathroom is very spacious and the jetted tub was great! The small kitchenette area and refrigerator came in very handy. Owner was very quick to answer my emails. Would definitely stay in one of his units again!

We love the Signature! We have stayed here before. My initial contact with Mark came quickly after sending my request for information. He was very helpful and straight forward. When we got to the resort we were greated by the greatest Valet people we have ever encountered. The check in was smooth, and we were in our room in no time. We did have one minor problem, but I called Mark and he was on it immidiately with having the MGM maintanence fix the issue. Again, he called me back within minutes! We were there on a very busy weekend yet it seemed like nobody was around in the pool area, and the lobby. We ventured out a bit, and want to give a shout out to the "Mad Onion" at Hooters. If you like prime rib dip sandwiches this was a REAL prime rib sandwich. Price was very close to $10.00 for each meal. They could easily have asked 2x as much for these awesome meals. Check out was quick and easy. We didn't want to leave, but reality made it to where we had to stop living the dream. Just a quick reminder for future renters, if you want new towels you have to call and request them unless you pay for the service of your room. (well worth it)

Everything about our stay was great. Mark lived up to his reputation - responding immediately to any query ahead of time. The condo has a lovely view and is very well located to the Strip. Would stay again at this property.

Great stay at MGM Signature condo!

This condo was extremely clean and well equipped. It is located an easy 5 minute stroll to the strip, or you could stay inside the complex and walk right to the MGM Grand complex. Mark has made the check-in arrangements extremely easy and the condo complex is more like a hotel that condo units. There is a 24-hr check-in desk, porters, room service, ice machines, etc. for a very relaxing atmosphere. We definitely ejoyed our stay here and will be returning!

MGM SIgnature is a GEM!

We truly enjoyed enjoyed our recent 6 night stay at the MGM Signature. I was concerned about walking distances because I have issues but it was not a problem at all. Everything was conveniently located and easily accessible. The room was immaculate, which I usually pay close attention to. It was well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfy, extra pillows were available, too. The walk in shower was huge! There are many restaurants to eat at if you choose to, which we did. Our 2 favorites were Nob Hill (Lobster Pot Pie is amazing!) and Craftsteak. They are pricey but so worth it! They give you a dining 'experience' not just a meal. We will surely be back to rent from Mark again. He was easy to access via email and was so pleasant to work with. So if you're considering Vegas and don't want to pay for the high priced 'strip' hotels, I suggest coming to the SIG for a relaxing vacation, without the hassles. Plus there are no resort fee's to pay. That alone is worth the stay, cause it's just crazy that they charge 25.00 and up for the use of the pools, internet, etc. No resort fee here and the Wi Fi is FREE! What more could you ask for! Stay & enjoy the tranquility...even the lobby is beautiful! Also the folks at the front desk & valet are top notch. No waiting for your car, they are prompt!

Loved every minute of it. From booking through Mark, the quick responses I received from him on numerous occasions (even though we are in the uk) right through to our actual stay. The suite is perfect, well maintained and everything you need and more is supplied. We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times previously having booked direct but never again. I have now 'done Vegas' 7 times and I can guarantee that I will be in touch with mark when planning the 8th!! Thanks Mark. Appreciate your help and the use of your superb apartment.

This was an excellent place to stay in Vegas! The room is everything you see in the pictures and more. The view is great! Mark was great also. Pre Stay Inquiry: Mark is good. Quick responses to emails and ?s. Mark quickly gave me his information and a detailed responses. I inquired with many VRBO owners and by far, not even close Mark was quickest with the emails. After Booking: Payment was easy. Mark uses the VBRO payment system. It clearly states due dates and deposit times. Mark sent over a property overview and clear instructions regarding the property, amenities, and other property information. Checking In: Location of Tower 3 is off strip (as with all of the Sig Towers) which is helpful because it is a straight shot from the airport. It is not as busy so the cab pulling up was literally at the front door. Side Note Regarding Checking In: I had initially had told Mark I was arriving late PM on 7/6. There were numerous flight delays and I emailed him to tell him I might be coming in late. I ended up showing up at approx 3:30 PM on 7/7. He reassured me that I was okay. Check in was quick, easy, and the front desk was very cordial and was willing to answer any ?s During Stay and Room: The unit is very nice. Huge bathroom. Huge living area. In room safe.Table. Fridge, Stove. Microwave.Flat Screen. Well lit.Floor to ceiling windows. If you want a epic strip view this is probably not the place where you want to be but for a spacious, quiet, safe, and comfortable place to stay, ask Mark. There is a climate controlled walkway from the Signature Towers to the MGM and despite the 100+ heat we even braved Harmon Ave when we walked to the strip. We went to an event that the MGM Grand and even though my flight was delayed, we got to the unit on time and used the walkway. Great location overall. Special Requests: Because our trip was cut short by a night due to an airline delay, I inquired if we could stay an extra night and check out late the next day. Again, I am trying to communicate this to Mark at the very last moment and I am only going by his calender that he has on his Unit's site.Mark was able to accommodate us, he trusted me that I would pay. This request that he granted allowed us to enjoy Vegas more. Mark was flexible and made this trip so much better. Checking Out: We checked out at approx 3:45 PM on 7/10. The cleaners came while we were still there but that was my bad. We quickly got our stuff together, tidied up the place and we quickly got a cab from the valet. I recommend this property to anybody looking for a nice stay away from the action but adjacent to. THX Mark!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was perfect, from the kitchen to the beds. It was the perfect location and SO QUIET! We spent every day at the pool (including MGM lazy river), had easy access to rent a cabana (so much cheaper than the Mandalay to rent by the way!), and courteous people everywhere. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The security was great, the place is gated. Valet was only busy during check in/check out time (the max wait was about 10 minutes). The gym has various equipment that will suffice for anyone. The Starbucks is really close. We had all the needed amenities at a perfect price. Thank you Mark for setting us up so perfectly.

I stayed in Mark's room for 3 nights. Room was clean and the Signature set up (fridge, microwave, etc) is great, and the process of renting through Mark was very smooth (I've used VRBO many times, he actually utilizes the VRBO technology so that everything is electronic and simple). My brother crashed with me, and extra linens were available for the pullout bed. My one recommendation would be some firmer pillows - the current ones are very soft and almost flatten out after 5 minutes of laying on them. Signature location does add some extra walking, depending on where you are going, but it's 10 minutes to either MGM Grand casino area or Planet Hollywood's - nothing too crazy.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent Long Weekend Getaway Suite

We visited the last weekend in April, and the suite was fantastic. Well decorated, clean, useful kitchenette with a great view of the Strip. Convenient airport transportation on the shuttles (was the first drop-off point on our shuttle route). The free safe was a nice plus too. Walgreens is nearby for picking up drinks and snacks. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of chairs and good afternoon sunlight. Easy access to MGM Grand (covered walkway) and the Strip (2 blocks away). We would definitely recommend the MGM Signature, and Mark's suite in particular, to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vegas who wants a little more luxury for practically the same price as a room in any of the south Strip hotels.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely loved staying in this rental property! It was beautiful, super-clean and a wonderful place to stay. Perfectly located on the strip. Love that the Towers are away from casino.....no smoke and continuous dinging.....yet close enough to go enjoy all Vegas has to offer. Owner was amazing! Helpful and just great to work with. Highly recommend staying here....and will return to this suite and rent thru this owner every time I go back to Vegas!!!!! Awesome!

What can I say about this place...it was perfect! It is exactly how its described the photos don't do it justice...it really is a nice spot to call home for a weekend. Most complaints I read were in regard to the distance the signature is from the strip. First its vegas...you should expect to do some walking no matter where you're staying...second its only a 10 minute walk..no big deal in my books...plus there's a starbucks on the way to the MGM...so double win there! Another bonus is if you need a cab get it at the signature..you don't have to wait in a 20 minute line in the Vegas heat..there's practically no wait at the signature...perfect!! When I return to Vegas I will first check with this property first!

We had a great week in Vegas. We were 2 couples celebrating our engagement anniversary. We rented both Mark's units 15th and 23rd floor. Mark was great with us from start to finish, answering all our questions and making sure everything was ok. The MGM Signature is a beautiful complex located in a 10 minutes walking distance from the Strip and the MGM Grand hotel. The service at the MGM complex was incredible. Everybody was kind and smiling all the time. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and WIFI is disponible throughout the complex, even by the side of the pool. We noticed a lot of families in the complex. I recommand this complex for quiet couples and families with kids. The atmosphère was generally quiet and relax except for saturday night where we heard some noise late in the night. Thank you Mark, hope to rent your units again in our next Vegas trip!

I would recommend Mark to all of my friends and family. He made my stay in Las Vegas extra special in that I knew from previous renters our abilty to keep in close contact with him, should there be any issues, and there were none. Our suite was beautiful, clean and comfy. The walk to the MGM was not far at all, helped by the people mover. The staff all around the towers were top notch, and helpful. I hope to be able to come back real soon, and enjoy another visit. Thank you Mark. You are a blessing.

Location was great! Really had a wonderful weekend staying here. Clean, close to everything... only complaint is the hours of the pool. Closes way too early. Could be off season hours too.... The room was as described, great! The atmosphere around the room was very quiet. We had a very good view of the strip and there was even a convience store close by for any extras we needed. And being smoke-free was a plus. The concierge was always helpful when we needed information and bookings. Mark is a very nice guy and we would love to stay at his property in the future. I totally recommend this suite to anyone who wants to leave the non-stop nightlife of Vegas and rest in peace and quiet in a totally comfy bed.

The room had everything we needed. It was a great escape when we were ready to come back and relax in peace and quiet. The bed was super comfy in a smoke-free environment. The view was as described. Service at the Signature was very good. The concierge booked a complimentary trip to the outlet mall we desired. There was a convience store on the other side of the MGM for any extras we needed. Mark was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this unit to everyone.

I returned from a three night stay at the Signature this past weekend. As others have stated, the unit was exactly as described by the owner. He was also very responsive to my e-mail inquiries. In addition, the service at the hotel was the best I've experiened in my travels. The concierge booked two shows. I highly recommend the Cirque show Ka at the MGM Grand and Absinthe at Caesars. The concierge also booked two tours through Pink Jeep, both were excellent. The condo was spotless as were all the public areas and the grounds. Smoke free too! I don't usually book at the same hotel when returning to a city. However, Mark's condo would be an exception.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at The Signature. The owner was over-the-top great to work with! We will definately return and also recommend this unit to others. The room was clean & comfortable with all ammenities we needed. Easy access to the MGM and free valet parking were a bonus. Good friends stayed in owners other Signature unit on the 15th floor, and it was great to have them so close! Thanks.

Condo was exactly as described. Excellent view and located not very far from the strip (about 2 blocks). Very clean and well maintained. Pool is open all year which is also a plus. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for an affordable and nice place to stay on their Vegas trip

We had a "studio" style condo. 23rd floor looking towards the Strip. Clean, up to date. Check-in a breeze. Auto valets fast and pleasant. Signature was a little farther off the strip than we expected, so walking got old.... SO we ended up getting the car and using the various self park lots/ramps close to where we were going. Overall a great, fun, experience.

Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

beautifully furnished and finished apartment, a pleasure to stay in and would be happy to again. spotlessly clean and good smelling - fantastic king bed and can sleep 4 easily with additional double pullout couch. however, the "strip" view is misleading, and in fact the tower is at least 20 mins good walk from the strip, at the very back of the mgm complex, with very limited if any strip view. it would be a nice touch to have a few basic supplies on hand like extra bedding, garbage bags and hand soaps (unless we missed them) for drop in travellers.

Owner response: Thank you for your response. Glad you liked the place and would revisit. For a casual walk to thru MGM to the strip, yes it can be 15 minutes depending on the crowd in the casino. There is a shorter walk to the Strip out the front gates which is the view of Harmon Avenue on the main picture for the condo. While the property has excellent views of the casinos up the east side of the trip (per the photos in the listing), you don't actually see the strip at street level other than at the intersection at Harmon Avenue. Sorry you didn't locate the extra bedding, as the cleaning company does keep an extra set there. I have plans for added trash bags per your suggestion (a good one).
