We completely remodeled this home last year and have fallen in love with it...and we hope you do too!
EVERYTHING in this family friendly home is new! Roof, siding, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, paint, flooring and all furniture and bedding and fully stocked kitchen.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open floor plan decorated in beach colors, this home gives everyone a space to unwind.
Whether you are relaxing at the breakfast bar, playing cards at the kitchen table, watching a movie in the TV area, or enjoying a drink on the patio or backyard, you can't help but feel relaxed.
Downtown Bethany and the playground is less than 1 block away so you can stroll to the beach, playground, shops and restaurants, or listen to a concert on the boardwalk without getting in your car all week.
The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed combo and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
The back patio and yard gives you a view of the Bethany Totem Pole. Hollywood Street is not a through street so there is limited traffic out front but you are only steps from the main street of downtown Bethany.
There is off street parking for 2 cars.
This is a great family rental and multi-generational rental as the entire unit is on one level with wood floors in the common areas and a fabulous open floor plan.

We enjoyed our stay at Whit's Landing! Perfect house for our family with kids. The house was furnished beautifully and the beds were super comfortable. We felt right at home! Was an easy walk to town and to the beach (with a wagon to haul the kids stuff). We had a great vacation and loved every minute we were in the beach house - made the rainy days fun! The owner was very responsive with all our inquires. Thanks for doing such a great job and making a comfortable rental house.Recommended for: Families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

As I told the owner, Andrea, the photos don't do her home any justice. This place is beautifully decorated in a simple but comfortable way. The 4 bedrooms are a great size, the bathrooms are large and comfortable, and everything is brand new and impeccable. I've been coming to Bethany for 10 years and I plan on staying here again next time. The only downside is the backyard, which is small, and the white pine trees shed their needles everywhere; they should have been removed when they redid the house.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We could not have been more pleased and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful and spacious yet so cozy and inviting....definitely everything you could ask for in a rental. We enjoyed our evenings on the shaded patio with grilled food and ate every meal outside. We walked to the beach every day and loved being so close to the Boardwalk. This was our first vacation in Bethany Beach and will be back next year to make more memories. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This place is PERFECT! With a prime location in the heart of Bethany Beach (near the intersection of Route 26 and Route 1), the house is a very short walk to the shops and the beach itself. The house has been completely renovated so everything is sparkling new, clean, and in perfect working order. All the furnishings and finishes are high end. The four bedrooms are all roomy with plenty of storage, able to easily sleep 8 people, with each offering a flat screen TV! The two bathrooms are immaculate. The large, central living area is perfect for a family week at the beach. A fully stocked kitchen with a large island and dining table make meal prep and serving so easy. Having the washer and dryer there made dealing with wet towels and suits a breeze. There was even a nice patio set and grill out back. I cannot think of anything the place lacked, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
