    Perfect for a 55+ couple with a corgi and shar pei. We absolutely love this little cottage. The location is outstanding and as advertised. Just steps from the beach, no crossing streets to get to the beach. Just step outside the front door, take a right and walk to the beach on the wood bridge. Owner is an outstanding hostess with an exquisite sense of hospitality. We felt so welcomed when we arrived as the cottage was decorated for the Christmas holiday, complete with a decorated tree and stockings hung on the wall from a Santa Baby picture. We love the tile floors throughout, perfect for a stay with dogs near the beach. We brought crates for the dogs and there was plenty of room to set them up to keep the dogs safe. The cottage is so clean and bright. Pride of ownership abounds inside and out. We are so appreciative that the owners choose to share their property with complete strangers. We will definitely return to enjoy the cottage and the lovely Indian Shores area again! Thank you so much! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

    We stayed at the Paradise unit. We loved it!! I love all the little things that welcomed us to our unit. A bottle of wine, chocolates, honey, jam, and even treats for my little dog. The place is impeccable and nothing was dirty. Everything was provided, from detergent to a table clothes for our outside table. Even they provided us with an AeroBed that was super comfortable. Everything worked fine, and when we needed something they will attend to us right away. The beach is really close, and she provides everything for it, from a cooler to towels. The unit is in a perfect place, close to many restaurants and activities to do. We felt right at home. And we felt so happy that we have decided to go back on our next vacations. Thank you for everything once again Mary! We will be back.

    What a great place! Mary Beth and Jim had everything a person would every need for your stay. They would come by to make sure every thing was going. The even brought a heater over for the bedroom when the weather was predicted to be cooler. The cottage was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful month and can't wait to return.

    Owner response: We are equipped with heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans, although open windows work well on many days. Two portable heaters are also available and were purchased with safety foremost in mind. Mr. and Mrs. J came ready for race adventures and more and beach relaxation too. They were truly easy guests to have for a month. We are very thankful to have their business.

    For the price, I was a little concerned - BUT - it was charming and cozy. We loved it! The welcome bottle of wine, a few chocolates - nice touch. Really makes you feel welcomed. Plenty of parking. Great nearby restaurants. The beach is beautiful, uncrowded, accessible. It was perfect - better than a hotel or condo. Can't wait to return.

    We had a great two weeks vacation at this wander full place. Ocean view, clean, enough parking place next to the unit, and very close to the beach. Nice decoration inside and out with tropical theme. Full kitchen, it was plenty of room for us, WI-FI access and cable TV. A small collection of books gave us a chance to read some good books too. We highly recommend it.

    Owner response: The "G Family" left the sweetest notes thanking us for everything from books to boogie boards. We're currently moving in dozens of more books--even some local authors' books. Whether it's reading, walking on the beach, swimming with the dolphins, or lounging in front of the TV, we think we've got relaxation covered. Of course, there are just as many area adventures to be had! Kayaking through mangrove "caves," donning a big moustache and taking in the Dali Museum, beating your loved ones at putt-putt, shopping until you've accumulated miles in flip-flops, eating at amazing restaurants until you fear sinking in the ocean, picnicking with alligators...We're so very glad the "G Family" enjoyed themselves, and we thank them for their business.

    My son, grandson and I really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the special touches left by the owner to make us feel welcome. I will definitely return as often as I can.

    I rented this cottage in June, 2011 by myself and then was later joined by my son; daughter-in-law; grandson; and their dog. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoined ourselves. 100 steps from the door to the beach! Everything I needed was provided, except for the food. I look forward to many more visits.

    Mom: We stayed at this property when we celebrating our daughter's sweet sixteen party. What a fantastic cottage - it fit our needs perfectly! There were so many amenities. The complimentary bottle of wine gave us an opportunity to slow down and watch the sunset. My husband was able to cookout on the grill thanks to the charcoal provided. We can't wait to go back. Dad: This property was steps away from the beach, so I didn't have to worry about the kids crossing busy streets. Motion lights and electronic security locks reinforced the safety of the cottage. There was plenty of parking on site. Daughter: My friends and I had a great time at my party. I had so much fun. It was nice having a place to relax that was so close to the beach and the water.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it to other seniors like us. It's so nice to be only a few steps from the beach. It was also very quiet, and we never had a problem with noise from neighbors or from the street.

    Truely a rare find old school with all the new upgrades total renovations with fresh new paint throughout.Lots of natural light with an open concept great ocean views no stairs or elevators to worry about as all is on the ground floor.This unit is a perfect getaway for a romantic carefree vacation and dealing with the owners was a very pleasant experience.We really hope to return to this location next winter
