With the modern touches of a newly renovated condo but decorated with memories of the seaside charm of old Panama City Beach, this condo is sure to be a hit.
Both bedrooms are gulf front. Floor to ceiling windows and door access to the spacious gulf front balcony provide stunning views in any direction you look. The master has a king bed, balcony access, large flat screen, and private bath with double vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
The guest room has two queen beds, flat screen tv, and a private bath with double vanity and large tub.
The full size kitchen is modern, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living area has plenty of comfy seating with a sofa, and easy chairs. The new queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for 2.
The large gulf front balcony is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. There is outdoor dining for four.
Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool, complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Hang Out Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool has recently been renovated and is now open under new management.
Long Beach Resort is a gated community with around the clock security. Parking is easy, conveniently located directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a tight-spaced parking garage!
Dine in or out. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance, or just a short drive away.
At Barefoot Beach Rentals we make booking and check in hassle free. All you have to do is arrive, unpack, relax, and 'go barefoot' on the beach.
