  This was my families first time renting a townhouse in the Disney area and it was a great experience. The owners were quick to reply to questions and all documentation was clear and professional. They made the process easy and stress free, and were very friendly. Our deposit was returned on the day we checked out. The actual unit is clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated (looks better then in the pictures, and the pictures look incredible). Finishes (like cabinets and flooring) were high end (my husband particularly liked the counter top). The pool was an added plus for our family and there were pool floats (including a shark for our 3 1/2 year old). Beds were incredibly comfortable, better than any hotel we have ever stayed at in the Orlando/Kissimee area.. The community is beautiful and the guard at the gate shack was very helpful and nice going over the hours for the various amentities. The main pool and club house are a bonus - although were weren't in town long enough to use them. Close enough to the Magic Kingdown (and other Disney parks) without being on the tacky "strip". We were close to a McDonald's (for hubby's iced coffee) and Starbucks (for my tea). Lots of restuarants close by - had a great dinner at Bahama Breeze and breakfast at Bob Evans (we don't have any in our home town). If you've never rented a home and want to I would recommend Ms. Lily and this property 150%. She really guided me through the process and the contract was straight forward and clear. Everything is as advertised and the property really is top-notch. Location is excellent for Disney and family friendly restaurants.

  My husband and I, along with two our of our closest friends stayed in this condo/townhouse for our vacation this year and it was wonderful. We loved that the upstairs bedrooms had their own bathrooms and that the downstairs bedroom had a bathroom just across the hall. There was plenty of space for us and everything we needed for a fun vacation was there. Everything was very clean and the flat screen tvs throughout the house was a nice touch. We chose to cook dinner each night, so it was great having a full kitchen. This location is very close to Disney, Universal Studios, and if you drive an about an hour East or West you will hit cute beachside towns. Also very close is Walmart, Super Target, Publix grocery stores, and lots of places to eat and play (like mini golf!) The gated community where this condo/townhouse is located is just beautiful and kept sparkling clean. After seeing the photos I took, my family wants to go next year! Also, the owner and management company were extremely easy to work with and my deposit was refunded the day of check out!

  This was a really lovely holiday home. Extremely comfortable with very well equiped kitchen and very clean. All 3 bedrooms were large and the main room had a massive bed which was blissfully comfortable. The facilities on site were excellent with a huge pool and two lovely hot tubs. We made use of the tennis courts and gym and equipment hire was free. There is free Internet access in the house and free use of PC's in reception area. Location wise it was good for access to the main Disney and Universal routes. We made use of the local shops and restaurants which were about 5 mins in the car. The Super Target was a good supermarket for food, clothing etc. We really enjoyed all of our meals locally but can certainly recommend Bahama Breeze, TGI Fridays and for those of you that like a never ending healthy salad try Sweet Tomato (all of these are located very close to this site). We would certainly recommend this home to our friends and if we visit Florida again would certainly use is villa.

  What a wonderful town home! We were so surprised at how nice it was when we arrived - loved having a bathroom and TV for each bedroom (my kids were in heaven). The clubhouse and main pool are amazing. We will definitely rent this one again next time we come to the Orlando area.

  This home was fantastic! This trip cost us a fortune and your home was the ONLY reprieve from that. It was affordable and worth every penny. I was so releaved to arrive and find it exactly as described and shown. My kids actually wanted to leave parks everyday early in order to get back to the clubhouse pool! Your comfortable home saved us as we over-scheduled this vacation. If I had any comments for change it would be only that the KIng bed was uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle and kept falling off the bed frame. We are going to use this deposit return to start saving to return to Disney and stay in your same home again. Thanks!

  This was our second time staying in this townhome. The owners make the booking process smooth and easy. The security deposit is returned quickly after your trip, and the ammenities of the home are more than you can ask for. The home is decorated with modern yet comfortable furnishings, and has been spotless clean for both of our stays. The Paradise Palms resort is Ideally located for our family. It is far enough removed from all the hustle that you can actually sit back and relax, yet close enough to the theme parks, restaurants and shopping making it convenient. The resort facilities are exceptional and well cared for, and there is a controlled gate and security 24 hours a day. I would not hesitate to recomend this home, and look forward to another great stay next time we return to the Orlando area. Thank you to the owners for offering an excellent home at a very reasonable price.

  Stayed at Paradise Palm for 2 weeks. Very spacious and modern home. We all had our own bathrooms which was fantastic and no waits in the morning. Loved having our own private pool which was used on a regular basis. All ammenities were available on site. Staff were really great and helpful. Very polite and pleasant. I would have wished however to have a BBQ available. One would have been available for extra if wished, but felt that it would be nice if it was just available. Also, not much pool furniture which would have been nice to lay around the pool.

  My family and I (6 Adults) and two toddlers LOVED our stay at Paradise Palms! We stayed for 9 nights. It's always a little scary booking something online with out seeing it first hand, but as soon as we pulled up we were thrilled. The grounds are beautiful, the club house is amazing. Our toddlers loved the splash pool area and the town home was so comfortable with a lot of living space. Best of all was we all had our own bathrooms! This was the right place for us and we will defiantly be staying there again when we come back to Orlando! Disney World is only a 10-15 min drive a way and the resort was so peaceful and secluded yet right next to everything you needed (restaurants, target, Walmart, etc). Everyone was warm and friendly and the security is amazing you feel very safe. I would recommend staying in this town home to anyone I know!

  The place itself is amazing. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. It has everything you would need for a great stay. Take note there is no dish detergent or laundry detergent etc so you will need to pick some up if you stay for more than a few days. The beds were big and comfortable. The walls are thin and so if you have any louder guest in the villas beside you there could be some noise sleeping issues. Because of the pool heating system it really only heats the pool during the warmer day hours and so if you are looking for a nice morning or evening dip don't get your hopes up. Having a screened in back patio was so nice for eating outside for breakfasts etc. During the first 2 weeks of Nov the main resort pool is really empty and so you have your pick of the loungers, tennis courts etc. Everything was so beautiful at the main pool area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Take note that the pool was only heated as of mid Oct and so for us it was nice but for those who would go before that the pool can be cold. The waterfall and waterslide etc are not going through Nov-March and so they look nice on the pictures but they will not be on for your stay. This was a real disappointment for my children. The pool and hottubs are really nice and big. The resort feels safe with the 24 hour security. Over all we would recommend this place to others but would make sure they knew a few of the negative items just so they would not be surprised when they get there.

  Our family of 4 rented this townhome for a week. I can be pretty picky about where we stay while on vacation and this home did not disappoint. It was very clean, and kitchen basics were all provided. We did not cook any meals while there, but there were pots, pans, etc if we chose to do so. The pool is small, but it was PERFECT for our two year old to play in after the long days at Disney. It is fenced off, so we weren't worried about him falling in by accident. The resort itself is very beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. We did not use most of the amenities, but we did pickup a couple things from the market to avoid driving out to Target or Walmart (both stores are very close by... 2 or 3 miles away). There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. From the beginning of our vacation home rental search until the end of our trip, the homeowners were great to work with and we have absolutely no complaints! Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to rent from them again!

  Thank you so much for recommending this villa to us, we have never stayed anywhere like this before in Orlando, the resort is fantastic and the villa is out of this world, the kids spent most of their time watching movies in the cinema room! We all really really Loved it and I cannot express enough how delighted we were. I just cannot wait until next year!!

  We were on holiday with our out of town kids/grand kids visiting Disney. We were a family of 4 adults and two small children and this location was perfect! Close enough to go back and forth if we chose and far enough away to give us peace/quiet. We found the condo to be very clean and furniture comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool; although while not large it did help to cool us off and sooth the aches from walking Disney! The condo is close to all kinds of shopping; cheaper than the ones closer to Disney we found; and eating spots. The complex itself has a grill and bar. We found the grill food was mediocre at best and on the expensive side for what you got. And the bar was out of of mixes and liquors the whole time we were there. While the complex pool was nice and the kids enjoyed playing on the slide and splash pool I would suggest you bring your own food and drink!! The only complaints with the condo itself would be that there needs to be some additional cookware in the kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be great at helping to circulate the air at night. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

  I have traveled many times to Florida, and have stayed at many luxury resorts, but truly, this townhouse was the best! Its location is perfect for those who want to visit the parks, or just relax at the main pool or your own private pool. This townhome is very new,quiet and exceptionally clean, and is classy in design and decor! The furniture is very comfortable, and all amenities were provided. Because the townhome is so new, the landscaping and future plans for more townhomes is obviously a work in progress, but we didn't spend much time standing at the front door looking out at the open parcels. All staff on the property were helpful and kind. We spent time in the rec room, at the pool, on the tennis court, and we all enjoyed drinks and food from the tiki bar. I know it's crazy, but I honestly have not one complaint about this property. The management staff (Tiffany) was professional and gracious. Our flights were at odd times, and they were as flexible as the townhouse schedule would permit, which in our case was greatly appreciated. Our gps system (four years old and hasn't been updated) did not register the property because it is fairly new, but if you have a newer and updated system you probably won't have that problem. The private pool was a bit cold when we arrived, but with the warm weather, it was a little warmer and refreshing by the end of the week. For the money, this place is a gem! Great place, at a great price! I would definately recommend it to everyone I know!

  The unit, community and personnel were topnotch=friendly, helpful, eager to please and cheerful. Unit had a great floorplan with the 3 bedroom and baths. All were spacious and clean. Very pleasant stay-wish it could have been longer. Quiet neighborhood.

  The property is amazing & lovely for our vacation. The residence itself is very clean and set up to cater for a large family. The Paradise Palm Resort is a magnificent resort community. The location is very quiet and very close to all Disney attractions. The clubhouse pool and gym are just perfect. We will stay here again for sure...
