This first floor (no steps) new villa overlooking the third green at Bear Trap Black Bear is perfect for a family vacation or a golf trip. Our non-smoking (some pets allowed) home is beautifully decorated and provides an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen with counter bar/full dining room and living with fireplace opening to an enclosed porch and deck that overlooks the third green. Three bedrooms include master bedroom with king-size bed and full bath, second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom also with two single beds that share a full bath. Living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed if needed.
The community pavilion with tennis courts, health club, indoor and outdoor pools, clubhouse with an excellent restaurant are within walking distance. Shuttle buses run all day long in season to take you to the Bethany Beach area. Bear Trap Village is conveniently located between Rehobath/Dewey Beaches and Ocean City, Maryland.
