Beautiful home situated south of Rte 28 on cul-de-sac, family Friendly Street, in sought after Centerville Village. Our home has 2000 square feet of living space, newly furnished and elegantly decorated on the main level. A very airy, sunny, and entertaining kitchen; fully equipped; formal dining room and a large living room with electric fireplace for those cozy evenings. This level also has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 queen beds, 2 singles, and the smaller bedroom has a daybed, Lower level has the 5th bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the tv room. The sunny deck right off the kitchen is equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill.
The lower level has a large playroom with foosball table, exercise equipments, TV, Inertnet etc.; a third bathroom, laundry room, and the rest for the kids to run around when they are tired of the all fenced in backyard.
While tucked away in safe and quiet Centerville, this house put you in Mid Cape; 4 minutes to warm Craigville Beach and 2 minutes to Long Pond (by car) fresh water beach; 10 minutes to the Parades, restaurants, shops, and JFK Library of Main street Hyannis. You’ll see why we love Cape Cod!

This was a great house to stay in. Lots of room and once the downstairs is completed there will be even more room. My kids were surprised at how large the house was. Very close to beach and supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would consider staying here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The house was very clean and in a nice location on a quiet street with plenty of room for four adults and an eight year old and three year old. Each grandchild had their own bedroom. There is a large kitchen with an island and everything you would need. Our relatives live about a mile away. The cousins were able to be together for Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day. The Mall, a movie theater, and downtown Hyannis are not far from the house. We hope to rent again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

I, my husband, 3 y.o. son and my mother-in-law spent a week in the house. This house is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. It did not feel like a “vacation house”, but as a real home we could live. There is a foyer that leads to a main floor. You go up the stairs through a glass doors and there is a long hallway. A living room and a huge kitchen, full bath and a nice porch at your left and if you go about 7-10 steps to the right there are 4 bedrooms, and another full bath. Both bathrooms are big and clean. All the walls are freshly painted (there is some dirt on the foyer walls but I guess people who drug umbrellas to the beach did that ) Floors are covered with carpet, tile and vinyl. Kitchen has a breakfast island in the middle and there is a dining room. We loved the island and even our son sat on a high bar chair and did not need any additional support. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (dishwasher, lobster pot, roasting pans, plastic bags for sandwiches etc). There is a grill on the porch. Backyard is fenced and safe for small kids. Take the toys and games for toddlers if you have small kids. Living room has TV, dvd player, cd player. There are sofa and a couple of huge soft chairs and comfy ottomans. Bedrooms are nice and clean. Big fans are working fine but central AC did not work. However, living room has a strong window ac, and the other rooms have fans. Our son’s room had window fans which provided fresh air. One thing I wish they added is the mesh on the bedroom windows. I felt like I want to open a window but there is no barrier for mosquitos. The house has a lower level which is as big as the main but not completely finished (again very clean). There is one family room- completely done with lots of furniture, and games and TV , and another room that has a concrete floor but a mini golf which was fun to play a couple of times. If there are rainy days and you are stuck with kids at home, there is so much space- you can travel through the house and have adventure! Owners provide beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. The street t is quiet, I do not remember the cars passing by. If you walk for about 5 minutes you will find a lake and you can swim, but there is no beach you can stay ( at least I did not see). It takes about 4 minutes to drive to Craigsville beach. Also there is a short drive to Star market and CVS – so location is perfect Summing up – good location, clean and very spacious house, kids friendly. KatyaRecommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: Now that the summer season is coming to an end, we have several improvement items that will be tackled in preparation for next year. The old carpet in one of the bedroom will be replaced with hardwood, Most of the windows will be replaced, and several other minor updates will take place.
