You will love our beautifully decorated 3-BD / 2-BA top floor condo. We enjoyed staying in this spacious condo and was adequately described in the listing. The unit was well maintained and clean. The unit lacks a BBQ, requiring that we bring our own. Some items we identified early in our rental period needing repair were taken care of. The stove-top burners were difficult to light and this remained the case until after we left. The DirecTV receiver in the master bedroom was never activated as requested. A garage door remote was not provided, requiring that we exit the car to open/close the garage door using the keyless entry pad. An HOA parking pass allowing overnight street parking was also not provided. I got the impression that we were perceived by the agent as difficult and demanding renters. So we stopped asking. Our email requesting information on availability to rent this unit next year was ignored, so we have found and reserved another condo for 2014.

Manager response: We are happy to hear that the guests enjoyed their 30-day stay in our spacious condo –which was adequately displayed in the VRBO listing – and that the unit was well maintained and cleaned – and requested repair items were fixed when they first moved in. The guest also requested a return rental for the same period next summer which we would have liked to accept but the owners were simply not ready to commit to a rental one year in advance at this time. We believe in customer satisfaction so we would like to address a few of the items. The guests are correct that the TV in the master bedroom is hooked up only to a DVD player at this time. The main flat screen TV in the living room is hooked up to Direct TV/Cable. The missing garage door opener was an issue as it has a habit of continual disappearance. We felt the key pad may help resolve this issue. We do plan to replace the garage opener. There is one spot to park a car in the garage. The HOA recently issued 2 parking permits per condo to use outside the condo. Parking is always considered a premium in Park City so the HOA wanted to enforce unauthorized parking. It took some time to get the HOA permits which have now been delivered and sit on the kitchen bar counter. We do plan to look at the stove. It is a gas stove. This condo is perfect. So much better then I thought. Location is even better. Clean and had everything you could need. We walked to the shops and to eat. Five stars for sure. The only thing my kids missed was a pool our jacuzzi. We will be back again next year.

Manager response: There is an Olympic size pool at Eckerd school one mile away. It is considered one of very best pools in the state of Utah and it has open swim. It is open to the public and a lot guests use it during both their summer and winter stays.
Very nice place, we had zero issues and would certainly stay here on another visit. This condo is close enough to Canyons (about 5 minutes) or Park City about 10-12 minutes. We didn't go to Deer Valley, but is is right next to Park City. We did visit Solitude, and that was a longer drive out to SLC and back up the next canyon (45 minutes?), but totally OK from here. Redstone Village is a shopping area just two streets over, so there are two grocery stores, several restaurants and lots of other shops literally right next door. For rentals, there is a great rental shop called Marty's, all within walking distance or a short drive. Across the road was a Walmart and several other stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a great condo for your next vacation stay...this is a winner!
