This lovely open and spacious, studio Guest House with oceanviews is located in the heart of Morro Bay. Walking distance to downtown, Embarcadero, golf course, hiking trails, and marina.

This Non-Smoking guest house is situated behind the main house and has its own private entry. Relax in the beautiful flower gardens of the adjacent back yard. This Morro Bay guest house has a large spacious room with queen bed, dining table, extra seating, and cable TV. There is a separate kitchenette and a full bath.

The home is located off Highway 1 within 30 minutes to Hearst Castle. It is ten minutes to Montana D'Oro State Park with its many hiking trails and magnificent ocean bluffs. We are situated halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco and 15 minutes to San Luis Obispo.

  • We've stayed here for the last two summers and are planning our next vacation here again! We have enjoyed every minute of our vacations and it's wonderful to come "home" to a cozy place after a day of sightseeing. Great location - convenient to area attractions, clean and comfortable cottage. Perfect accommodations for a couple or single parent and child. Highly recommend!!

  • My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back again. The location is central to many areas of interest, and amenities. The cottage is clean and comfortably homey. Christine and Rick are wonderful hosts. Can't wait to be there again.
