It is located on the bottom floor of a large historic house in Santa Barbara. The guest house is quiet, cozy,and opens into a beautiful, fenced, private back yard.
The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa, and is large enough to accomodate a queen aerobed for extra people. The whole house was rebuilt 4 years ago, and contains a large up-to-date kitchen with table and chairs and an eating bar with stools.
The guest house is one block from public transportation and three blocks from the famous Santa Barbara Mission. The house is a 20 minute walk to downtown Santa Barbara with restaurants, theater, and cinema. The location of the house is a ten minute drive to beaches.
This is a Non-Smoking house.
