Your Florida home is a very well appointed five bedroom fully air-conditioned villa located in the peaceful setting of Clear Creek. Near Highways 27 & 192, you are very close to many different restaurants, shops and attractions and is approximately ten - fifteen minutes drive to Walt Disney World. Banks, Post Office and much more are close, and a Wal-Mart superstore is located less than five minutes drive away.
This non-smoking villa consists of an open-plan family room/dining area and patio doors leading to the covered lanai and pool. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided on the pool deck. The pool deck is sunny and inviting, and is the perfect place to cool off after a day of activities.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There are two twin rooms, one double room, and one with themed bunk beds. These are served by a further two guest bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with TV's and ceiling fans. There is a heavy, secured safe to store your travel documents and valuables.
The towels and linens are always crisp and fresh for your arrival. The large dining table is elegant and perfect for family meals. There's a new flat screen TV in the living room, free cable TV, and a desktop pc, as well as a secure wireless network so you can stay in touch while you're away. This villa is clean, crisp and fresh.
The double garage is equipped with a foosball table, ping pong and more. More than enough to entertain the family when not out visiting the parks and attractions that abound in the area.

My family just got back from a great vacation in Florida . We really enjoyed our stay at this house . Lots of room and close to all attractions.The heat for the Pool and Hot Tub are a must this time or year. The management company was very very helpful.I would highly recommend this house for your Florida Vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I come from a customer service background and am a world traveler myself, so I understand how important it is to be comfortable on holiday. I am fortunate enough to live in the Orlando area and love being here. In addition to all things Disney, I enjoy hiking the many nature trails in the Central Florida area, such as the Van Fleet trail, part of which is in neighboring Polk county. Walking around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando is always pleasant, too. I love to stroll around and window shop at Downtown Disney. And, the entire metro Orlando area is a food lovers paradise, with restaurants of unlimited variety and culture. The Florida lifestyle simply resonates with a rhythm and feel as casual and natural as the beautiful blue sky above us.
