  My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It's obvious the owner has high standards and ensures this home is taken excellent care of (as it should be!). The location is GREAT and super close to whatever you want to do. Leslie was great to work with and very quickly refunded our security deposit as promised. You cannot beat the price either. We will definitely check with Leslie in the future and I have already recommended this vacation condo to friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  My family really enjoyed our week at Kingston. If you are looking for a quiet place yet close to all the attractions in a resort setting this is ideal. This was exactly as promised. The screened end back porch was a nice treat any time of the day. An honest owner very willing to accomodate. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

  We enjoyed our stay so much in your condo. The decor immediately made us think of beach & sand & was relaxing. It was a perfect size for 6 of us - we all enjoyed the screened patio. My youngest was thrilled at having ducks and turtles nearby. A very relaxing great holiday. We had never stayed in a "resort" setting and was pleasantly surprised! We alternated taking a 4 min walk or driving the 1 min to the beachfront/pool & were always able to park there. Coming back to QUIET condo was wonderful!

  My family spent the week in this condo in April of 2011. WIth two small kids, we were hesitant to stay ocean front in one of the towers. This condo is great because you get away from the crowds, but it is still a very short walk to the beach- only about 10 minutes. It was a very quiet place. Two bedrooms and two full baths is certainly a nice way to travel- the living room, dining room and screened-in porch were all very nice. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need. Everything about this condo is worth the stay. It is not a high-frills, granite countertop type of place, but while we were on family vacation, why should it be? If you want to have a relaxing, low stress vacation, stay here! It is an amazing value for the price.

  My family and I had a memorable vacation filled with great memories. The owner has equipped the unit with everything except your tooth brush. Clean, maintained, and inviting, the property is located in a gated community and includes amenities from racket ball; water parks, restaurants, and family activities. If you decide to leave the community you'll find yourself conveniently located near the Outlets between North and South Myrtle Beach and surrounded by many restaurants. I strongly recommend this property.

  Nothing but good things to say about this property! We stayed for a long weekend for a wedding and everything was great. We have 3 young children and this property suited us well because there is plenty of open space in the condo for the kids to run around in. The full and twin bed in the second bedroom let everyone have a bed (grandma traveled with us) so we did not have to use the pull out couch. Called the front desk for a porta crib when we got there and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The condo is on the opposite side of the resort from the ocean, but still just a few minutes walk to the pool and beaches. With the younger kids we drove up to the front of the resort (plenty of free parking) and walked right across the street to the beach. Owner was great to work with and returned our security deposit promptly as promised. We will be back!! Our only dissapointments (unrelated to the property). There is a Starbucks in the lobby at the embassy suites, but it is VERY crowded in the morning, and DO NOT order from the Chinese restaurant with the menu in the guidebook by the telephone. The food was very expensive ($90) for our family, and much of it was too salty to eat. Other than that a great weekend at a great condo!

  I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your villa last week. We had a great time! The weather was sunny, fairly warm, and we really enjoyed your place. We were still finding parrots on the last day and what a great kitchen! We cooked most of our meals to save money and it was great. We shopped, walked on the beach, swam, and had a great time. I hope you'll consider renting it to us again in the future. My family already wants us to go back this spring.

  This is a wonderful condo. It is very spacious and the decorating is very well done. It is a bright tropical theme that gives you more of that being at the beach feeling. Loved the tile floors. There is a screened porch where we sat enjoying evening cocktails while looking out at the beautiful view of the fountain on the lake. As we took the short walk to the beach we admired the wonderful, well kept grounds. Good location with very reasonable prices! The rates were much less than when we have payed to rent elsewhere at Kingston. We will definitely be back to this condo again!
