Four bedroom, two and a half bath, non-smoking/no pets house with ocean view. The greatroom provides a front deck with ocean views, a fireplace, a dining area that seats 10-12,as well as golf course/mountain views from dining room and the large back deck with BBQ. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has black granite countertops/maple floors and cabinets.

The master bedroom with king bed is located on the second floor,with its own spacious bath, shower and jacuzzi.
Two bedrooms each have queen beds. The "bunkroom" has 2 sets of bunkbeds, one with a double lower bunk, and a cot. It works really well either for singles, kids, or a 4th couple. The family room offers 2 full futons that fold out into beds, and is a welcoming area to watch the 32" TV, with DVD, and VHS. Pool table and foosball table can be found downstairs.

Short walk (4 minutes) to beautiful stretch of beach in Manzanita. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect setting for office or two-family retreat. Close to Nehalem Bay State Park and wonderful stores in Cannon Beach, Manzanita and Nehalem.
