You will love our luxurious South Padre Island condo #721 with very spacious rooms and beautiful ocean and bay views. It has 1660 sq.ft. PLUS 1170 sq.ft. of balconies and a private sun deck with 4 chaise lounges and a wooden picnic table. Included are: A fully equipped kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, washer-dryer, two recliners in front of the TV/DVD in the living area, a TV in each bedroom, a king size bed in the master, 2 twin size beds in the second bedroom. Amenities provided by Sunchase IV Resort are unique - two pools (one heated), two hot tubs, two tennis courts, two racquetball courts, two ping-pong rooms, a fitness center, library (all air-conditioned). Of course the main attraction at South Padre Island is the beach which attracts swimmers, walkers, fishers, & sunbathers. The walk through the grounds to the beach is short and stores are close by. So come stay in our unit and enjoy coffee and the sunrise on your private 7th floor deck and, after a great day, retire to the sunsets on the 8th floor.

The complex is situated in the center of the top Island resorts, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, Island activities and attractions. There are minibuses called 'The Wave' that are free of charge to transport you up and down Padre Blvd., the main street on SPI.
There is no need for you to use the public seventh floor sundeck - you have your own private 7th floor sundeck for sunbathing options. A spacious second floor common area offers a cozy environment to meet other guests, read, watch TV, or put together jigsaw puzzles. Enjoy the sandy beaches, excellent for sunbathing, swimming, shell hunting, castle building and leisurely walking. The gulf and bay provide opportunities for surfing, kite boarding, wind surfing, and fishing. Attractions include the Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort. A World Birding Center and a sea turtle hospital are located next to the Convention Center. South Padre Island is a vacationer’s paradise. Please call or email us. The views !!! The wraparound balcony !!! The terrace !!! Simply amazing and breathtaking. Inside it is spacious and well equipped with new beds. All so fantastic. We found our to stay place on SPI and will stay there again and again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved every minute. First for the basics: The check in/out was easy in the lobby of the condo building, the condo was very clean and well equipped. However, the best part was the private deck and the views which made it hard to leave! We will be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our first trip to SPI was wonderful and relaxing. We rented unit 721 in Sunchase after viewing online because it looked like exactly what we were looking for. ...and we were right ! The view of the beach from the huge 7th floor deck was wonderful and the Condo throughout was very spacious, clean and nicely equiped. We visited during the off season so no crowds and plenty of privacy on the beach. Our getaway was very quiet and relaxing ! We are considering coming back next year for a longer stay in hopes that our adult children can come for a visit as well. This condo is outstanding for the great location on the island and the expansive views. You are in easy walking distance to restaurants but we hated to leave the condos views and comfort. Breakfast was a treat on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. We will be back!Owner response: Thank you. I rented this unit to celebtate my Mother's 95th birthdate. The loveliness, spaciousness, open views and location made our event so special that I have already reserved the same unit to celebrate my Father's 90th birthdate next year. We had a great time. Beach is great and safe for the kids. Apartment is very nice, comfortable and have an amazing view.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Once again, a perfect stay. Always clean. Best views of all of the Sunchase IV condos and the extra side deck is our favorite spot. The kids enjoyed the pool, tennis and ping pong, the adults took advantage of the fitness center and especially the views. The updates to the property are looking grand, as well! Take in the Pier 19 sunset Dolphin tours and especially the Tuesday night Luau and buffet at Louie's backyard for some great memories. Thanks, Andy, for making sure our stay was perfect, as usual! DonnaOwner response: What can we say ... we love all our guest who enjoy our 2nd home as much as we (and you) do, and the ones that come back like you are proof that we made the right decision. I would have expected to pay a lot more for such a wonderful property. It is in a perfect location and in a beautiful building. The large outside balony and deck are something most units don't have. Sunchase management are very nice and efficient. I needed something printed from an email and they let me use their computer and printer to get it! Check-in was fast and efficient as well as check out. The building was being painted on the outside so parking and scaffolding were a little problematic but not overbearing. I can't think of one negative or derogatory thing to say about our stay from the weather to the condo. Everything was great...free wifi, stocked kitchen, view, comfort....everything. Thanks for a great time!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Sunchase IV:
Our family has been vacationing on South Padre Island and specifically at Sunchase IV since 1996. We always enviously eyed Unit 721 because it offers the best views and all day sunbathing and best, if you prefer, there is always a spot in the shade as well. Privacy is also important to us and this unit has probably the best of all the units. Finally, in 2008 we got to stay in it and asked the owner to purchase it right away. It now is our second home and we stay here for all our beach vacations and personally take care of it whenever we are here. In the winter the heated pool allows us to swim (Sunchase IV is one of the few properties on the island with a heated outdoor pool) ... and we love to soak in the extra large Hottub every evening. For us this apartment is perfect and the complex provides us everything we expect.

No car needed. FREE Public transportation (The Wave) takes you everywhere. Endless beach walks and the choice of 2 pools (one heated) and 2 hottubs (one extra large). The views of the ocean and the bay and especially of the bridge to the main land (we sit in our comfy chairs and watch the sunset and the long bridge over the bay, a boat go slowly by ... live does not get much better than that !!!
