An absolutely charming fully stocked townhouse furnished in a soft West Indies decor.
Includes one king, one queen, and two twins (daybed). Rich cobalt tiles, luxurious daybed linens and pillows for piling up to read or watch TV.
Two story town home has two bedrooms and one in a half bathroom.
Enjoy cable TV, shared pool,playground and tennis courts. A short walk to the beach, a pond view with large deck and reserved parking.
Five minutes to Historical District of Amelia Island with lots of shops,restaurants, etc.
Three miles from the Ritz- Carlton and the Amelia Island Plantation. A short drive to the historic Victorian Seaport village, Fernandina Beach, where the cobblestone streets are adorned with Victorian style homes, fine cuisine & quaint shops.
Owner managed and maintained. My rentals are always in TIP TOP condition. I stay in them often to assure the quality and cleanliness.

We love staying at the Tropical Cabana. We have stayed here twice. It is very convenient to many public beach accesses. Also the community pool and the playground is very kid friendly and safe. The tropical cabana is very nice and welcoming. The area is very quiet and relaxing too.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a nice quaint place it is here at Amelia Island. We loved our stay and enjoyed the closeness of the pool and its not far to the beach at all. Great location to all your needs and wants for restaurants, entertainment, etc. while on vacation. Great memories shared with our family!

Thank u for our stay at the Tropical Cabana! It was a pleasure working with you. I just wish our stay could of been longer than 4 days. We plan to return one day to this beautiful island and beautifully decorated townhome! Loved Sliders and the downtown area!!! This was a very nice get away!
