  We can't thank Paul and Daisy enough for having their wonderful guest home on HomeAway! It was our perfect home-away-from-home for our week's visit to see our son. They were such gracious hosts, informative, welcoming, and just plain nice. Their lovely guest house was a bit of paradise to snuggle into! We loved the privacy and quiet, the lush gardens, the secluded tropical-feeling patio, and the tremendous kitchen with high-end furnishings. The bathroom was gorgeous and magical with its skylight and travertine shower. Having a washer and dryer there certainly made it easier keeping up with our 3-year-old grandson! Did I mention how convenient the location was to everything?? Tim and I would be very comfortable and HAPPY staying there for an extended visit. The guest house is a gem and we hope to stay there the next time we visit!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paul and Daisy's guest house. It's location is within easy walking distance of grocery stores, great restaurants, banks, and the post office. The neighborhood was residential, quiet, and felt very safe. The guest house was perfect for the two of us for a 3 month stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bath with a shower, and very comfortable queen size bed. The patio was private; beautifully landscaped with fragrant roses, trees, and other flora. Paul and Daisy were the ultimate hosts; very attentive to all of our needs, and at the same time respectful of our privacy. Our questions were always answered promptly and without hesitation. We would recommend Paul and Daisy's guest house with out reserve. R&K

  The place was just as described. Nice. Quiet. Clean. Good neighborhood. And the guest house included everything my husband and I needed (and more) for our one week stay in the area. The owners were very helpful and friendly. As we have relatives who live very close by, we probably will stay there again and would not hesitate on bit to recommend this place to anyone looking for these kind of accommodations in LA.

  My wife and I stayed one week at this home away from home. We fell in love with the house and the owners were as nice and kind as could be. The house was fully equipped, and not only comfortable but very quiet. If we needed something the owners were there to help us with our needs. The house is centrally located to attractions such as studios, Universal, the Hollywood Bowl, restaurants. 10 minutes to the metro with free parking for public transportation anywhere. Basically in the heart of the Valley, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The property was as advertised. I would recommend this to a close friend or family member traveling to this area, in fact my wife and I visit the area once a year and we will stay at this residence many more times.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The property was located in a beautiful neighborhood with a very nice, secluded backyard. The house was very clean and included everything we needed. The location was fantastic as well, with easy access via freeways or local roads to great LA locations. Paul and his wife were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I was delighted to find that the guest house was exactly as shown in the pictures and I was incredibly happy there for my 2 week stay. Paul thought of everything and was a great host. The house definitely felt like a home away from home and I was very sad when I finally had to say goodbye and return to Canada. I knew the area, having lived there previously, but for anyone visiting I would have no hesitation in recommending the location of the guest house... it is close to freeways and connecting surface streets and is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  This guest house is perfectly situated in an established, tree lined neighborhood. It offers privacy to those looking for a romantic get-a-away and yet provides a good sized yard for small families coming to visit the many tourist attractions in the area. There is plenty of living space to give everyone an opportunity to relax with an efficient kitchen, a walk-in closet and comfortable bed. Come stay in this convenient, secure and comfortable guest house for an enjoyable stay in the Los Angeles area and you won't be disappointed. Paul, the ultiimate host, is always available to answer your questions and provide information about the best places to visit in the area. Thank you Paul for making this place available!

  We spent a long weekend in this very pleasant cottage. It was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again.

  Truly a delightful way to spend time in the area. Very convenient location as well. Easy to find and navigate from. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Paul is a very warm and gracious host and so very helpful. Glad to have found this guesthouse and hope it's available on my future visits. Thank you Paul, for everything!!

  This little guesthouse is a perfect place to be. In the house you find all and more you need, the neighbourhood is safty and so friendly, and the "guestfather" paul is perfectly. Paul thank you for all you had done for us! Many Greetings from Germany Sabrina and Markus
