  We spent the month of April here with family from Canada, USA and UK. There was 9 of us for the first 2 weeks. The house, pool and games room were perfect for everyone and we never felt cramped. Perfect location for Disney. The House is in a very safe gated community which is delightful to walk around.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Generally, we were very pleased with our one week rental experience. The home's appearance and condition were as we expected and as represented in the material we reviewed beforehand. The property was clean and well maintained. The weather was cool in the evenings so the heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The property was a perfect fit for us and would definitely rent it again should the opportunity arise.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time in the Orlando area using this lovely home as our base. It was everything we were looking for--a place to relax with a pool and hot tub away from the congestion around the major parks. The owners and property managers were great to work with and the house was very clean and comfortable, just as it appears in the listing. We highly recommend this property, which is a real bargain-- and wish we could come back soon for another visit!

• Perfect house

  We loved the place. The price is right. We are glad we paid for pool heating and it was set at a perfect temperature. There are many towels in the villa and it was really needed...:-) All beds a really comfy. We would have like to have some small plastic glasses for the kids. Also, stools for the high rise counter would have been nice, but overall, the Villa was wonderful.

  My Wife and I stayed in this villa alone when we visited Orlando to get married. We had a great experience during the whole rental process. The owners and management company were excellent and the villa was exactly as you see in the pictures, fresh, clean and well appointed. The pool area is not overlooked at all and the gated community is peaceful and nice to walk round. I would certainly check availability of this villa when returning to Orlando and I've already recommended it to family and friends.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  My family recently stayed a week in this home and had an excellent time! The house very much made you feel like you were at home. It's very spacious, clean, has a great pool and is very kid friendly. We took our three daughters with us and never once worried about their safety. They loved having the game room in the garage. The owners were great to work with and were very quick about responding to any questions we had during the booking process. We loved it so much we extended our vacation an additional day because we did not want to leave! It's about 20-25 minutes from Disney and about an hour from Tampa. It's also very close to a Wal-Mart as well as many restaurants. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It has a great location. We are planning another trip to Florida next year and are hoping to stay here again!

  Chrisanna is a beautiful home, and is well appointed. The home appears to be well maintained and was very clean. We had a minor problem with the Wifi, and within a few hours of contacting the rental manager, someone came to correct the problem. It's reassuring that should a problem arise, or if you need assistance, the manager is readily accessible. If you have young children, you will appreciate the additional fencing around the pool. The home is very near to all the major attractions, but far enough away to feel like you've returned to your own home instead of sandwiched in along tourist row. Unfortunately we could only stay for two nights, but hope to stay here again in the future for longer time.
