Enjoy your steaming cup of morning coffee as you admire the sun rise over the beach. The condominium is located in Admirals Row of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, approximately 280 feet from the beach.
This 55 acre oceanfront family-oriented complex is a gated community with 24 hour security. It is located mid-island between Port Royal Plantation and Palmetto Dunes. Our second floor condo will comfortably accommodate up to six people with one queen-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed.
Linens and towels for inside use are provided. Bring your beach towels and make our condo your vacation home away from home! Cable Internet Access available upon request (at current resort rates). No pets are allowed in this non-smoking condo. Off-site kennels are accessible on the island.
The resort has two pools, newly refurbished tennis courts with free daytime access, free gym access, bike rentals, poolside bar and grill, picnic area with a charcoal grill, and children’s summer activities. It has easy access to a major highway and just minutes from all major attractions.

Just a note to let you know we had another great time on HHI. Could have been warmer, but we're not complaining. Though cooler than expected, we still had sunshine and at least 30 more degrees of warmth than we had up here. Thanks again.

You have a beautiful home on the island and we appreciate you opening it up to us. The rain did not "dampen" our spirits. Our goal was to catch up on what has been happening with each other, relax, eat, listen to jazz and drink wine. We did just that - and we managed to catch a quick walk on the beach between showers in the mornings. The sun came out late Sunday afternoon and we enjoyed a much longer walk. Our goal was to come home refreshed and that goal has been accomplished.

We will be leaving by 10:00am tomorrow morning. We have enjoyed our stay here and especially the room to have our son and family, our daughters and also a friend spend some time with us during the month. We would definitely consider returning to Hilton Head Island. The beach is fabulous, the restaurants are excellent and your condo is spacious and comfortable. We have had a very nice time. It has been much warmer that at home. By the way, my daughter came 1st in her age group and I came 2nd in my age group in the 1/2 Marathon on the 11th. Sylvia says to add that the unit was well stocked with all the necessities, especially in the kitchen, thank you.

We stayed in your condo in July 2005. That was the first time we were ever in Hilton Head. This was by far our favorite spot for all purposes. Our kids, ages 8 & 6, loved everything about ir. The weather was about 97 everyday & the pool & beach access was great. Lots to do if you want to or just relax. Several ammenities at condo like sand toys, boogies boards, & several tv's & vcr's. Could have had fishing poles for at least the kids & maybe some tennis rackets. We just can't bring eveything down. We heading down this year also in June. Hilto Head here we come!!
