Beautiful, brand new 6BR home on West Beach Blvd. Ocean in front of you, pool in your back. Ceramic floors, stainless kitchen, granite countertops. Very large single family. Not like those skinny duplexes where rooms are stacked on top of each other. Living area is 30 ft wide and fits everyone. Two king bedrooms, one queen, one with two doubles, two twins and bunk beds. Can sleep 19 . Large 30 foot balcony overlooking the ocean. Only two miles away from the center of Gulf Shores but away from all the hi-rises. This is truly the best location in Gulf Shores. We have a shuffleboard court on site In addition enjoy the large palm tree lined 21'X30' pool, which you share with just 3 other homes. You have your own grill and picnic area out front. There is ample parking, both on the property and on the street. Since it is new we have spring specials. WIFI, new flat lcd flat panel tvs and dvd players in most bedrooms. Beach chairs and beach cart in the large storage area. The beach is 20 steps from the your front door.

I stayed at this lovely home with my family for my daughter's wedding which we held on the beach just across the street. The location is perfect, close to everything important but away from the high-rises so the views are excellent. The house is very spacious and well-appointed with anything you could need. The owner was quick to respond to any requests and wonderful to work with. Hope to return for many more visits...soon. I will certainly recommend this property to friends.

The house was great and everything was as advertised. It's close enough to town without being too far away. My kids and grandkids loved the pool, especially the little ones. Bob was responsive and easy to work with. I plan to rent from him again ( that's really the best compliment )

This home is amazing! I would say one of the best, if not the best, in the area. It is very spacious, clean, awesome view, quick, and I mean quick, walk to the beach-board walk is steps away. The shuffleboard court outside was great for evenings with our family. It also has a nice shaded area with a picnic bench, grill and an outdoor shower and hose. The owner, was wonderful-answered all of our questions and more. One thing I would recommend, we had a great time renting a double decker pontoon boat with a slide-which we highly recommend. We would highly recommend this property to everyone!!!!! We will definitely be back!

My family rented the house including my two teenage sons and several of their friends. We had plenty of room. The rooms are spacious and living/kitchen area is very open. The views were fantastic and the beach access is right out the front door. I have walked further to get to Walmart. The pool was a great bonus. I would definitely rent this house again (and am already thinking about next year)!

Great house! We had 15 people in this house and we fit comfortably. Perfect location. Directly across from the entrance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is very easy to work with and always replied to our emails with in 15 minutes.

My husband and I renewed our vows on the beach, along with four grown children and spouses; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. The house was so nice and spacious. It is the best place in thirty years of renting all over that we have ever stayed. Beauty, space, pristeen beach seemed right out the front door. Everything we needed was right there in the house and we will always stay there when our family does another week at the beach! Shopping and dining out were very convenient also. Thank you, Bob (owner) for giving us a surreal trip.

We just returned home from a 5 night stay in this house. We had a great time. The house is so spacious (every room is spacious including the bathrooms), and there is plenty of storage space. The boardwalk is almost directly across the street (which never had too much traffic for crossing), and the pool is only steps away from the door. We wish we could've stayed longer. This really is a great location.

Wow! I have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for 10 years and this place is by far the best! Bob was great at getting back to me quickly with any questions or concerns we had. We had 5 couples stay at the house and there was room for so many more. I was also concerned about not being directly on the beach, but we were literally steps away. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. I will absolutely go back and stay! We are actually thinking about going again this year. So many of our coworkers want to go now that we told them all about it. I recommend this house for people of all ages.
