Beautiful Hilltop House overlooking lake and ocean with private pool and private beach. Very elegant and comfortable.
Bicycles and Ocean Kayak. Cabana on the beach. Completely air-conditioned with great sunrise view. Fifty satellite channels. Lots of interesting places to hike, or ride. Great snorkeling right off the beach.
Rental cars and restaurants are not too far away. Lots of visiting birds year round. Maid service is available. DVD player with lots of current movies. Average temperature is 80 F. Pool temperature varies from 75 F to 84 F. The ocean is usually around 75 F.

I was born in the Bahamas and have lived here all my life. I have travelled all over the world but still keep coming home to Eleuthera!
Why the Owner Chose Palmetto Point
I purchased this property and built the house. The peacefullness of this area is unbelievable.
There are only 4,000 inhabitants of the entire Island which is 120 miles long and only a a mile or two wide. Everyone you meet is very friendly. If more than 3 cars pass by on any given day it would be surprising!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Palmetto Point will quiet your nerves and soothe your soul. The gentle breezes, the lapping waves, the call of the birds are the only sounds you will hear. The beach is far from the village and I have been there for 3 days and have never seen another person on the shore.
