  We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was well appointed, very spacious, updated and clean. The complex was very convenient to Playa la Ropa, it was quiet, well maintained and very safe. Overall, an excellent stay providing more than we expected.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Extremely clean, newer condo. Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the beautiful Playa la Ropa beach and restaurants; also very convenient for taking the bus or taxi into Centro. Perfectly designed for 2 couples sharing as the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are designed for privacy. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Very large pool with a section for swimming laps and also a wading section for tots (my 16 month old granddaughter was with us for a week and loved both the pool and the Bay. Would have liked better internet access (no wifi in the unit, and the wifi from the office was often inaccessible from the apartment). We have been going to Zihuatanejo for several years and have always stayed right on Playa la Ropa; we didn't really miss being right on the beach as it was an easy walk to get there. The condo complex is very quiet and the people (owners and renters) are very friendly and helpful. Claudia, who does the weekly cleaning, is exceptionally thorough, and is also a lovely person. Alberto, the "manager", was very helpful and worked with us to make sure all of our expectations were met. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who does not require 24 hour high speed internet access (I have a website/blog I need to keep up with daily, so found not having wifi/internet in the unit difficult).

  My wife and I spent 5 days in this awesome condo, decorated to perfection and in a super great local just 2 minutes from Ziuatanejo's best beach, Playa la Ropa!!! Yes location location was awesome but not as awesome as the people, they all treated us so well, the neighbors, the staff and everyone involved with this complex! Our condo was super clean and completely bug free, you could easily spend time right at the condo and at the pool! Thank you all so much, the pics don't do the place justice, you have to just go and experience it for yourself!! Always Rod

  The condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, secure and close to the beach. Pool and community feel of the complex was very nice. We would rent this condo again and definitely would stay in this complex again. A rental contract would have helped with clarification of some expectations and costs that were not clear when we booked. Jan is very fair and reliable. The condo rental manager Alberto was very helpful and friendly as well.
