This wonderful home directly reflects the relaxed lifestyle of the island. It is about a block and a half to the ocean and a block from restaurants and island shopping.
Upon entering, guest can expect to be welcomed by bright and cheerful living room space decorated with island décor. The spacious floor plan of the home makes for the perfect island rental. The home features a fireplace, huge screened porch, and picture perfect front and back yards for family get-togethers.
The home has 4 bedrooms on a split bedroom plan, with 2 bedrooms off of either side of the large den. The kitchen is completely equipped, and the property offers flat screen television, cable TV, Wi-fi, DVD, a great hammock and rocking chairs for the complete Island experience. The home is elevated, one story with parking underneath. A barbeque grill is also on-site.

We had a great time yet again! My family has vacationed in this house for four years now. The owners have always been very easy to work with and were very accomodating again this year. This is not a fancy beach house, but it is always very clean and servicable. You can't beat it - great value, convenient to the beach and to the restaurants on the island (and the coffee shop - my kids' favorite!), and it has a fabulous screened porch with a swing and rockers (perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings or relaxing in the evenings). We always enjoy our stay and will absolutely be back next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is an excellent choice for any family to stay. The house is very close to the beach and is in excellent condition. I would recommond anyone to stay there again. The reality group did a wonderful job with booking our stay. They were very helpful through the whole process.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.
