  This was our second time to stay in this condo and will stay again. My husband and I love the location because we can enjoy the harbor activity from the beach or the balcony.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

  This is the second time we've visited Destin staying in the same condo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the first time and it was ditto the second time! We plan on coming back next year if the unit is still available for rent. The location is great (especially the view) and the unit is clean and comfortable. Thanks for being such gracious hosts. Thank you also to David, he was a great resource both trips for local information and any other questions we had. Hope to see you next year!

  Our stay at the condo was very enjoyable and we were quite pleased with our accomodations at Rick and Kathy's condo. We are talking about coming back next year around the same time and either stay for a week or a month. David and Toby were very helpful if we had questions or needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this property. There is a lot to do in Destin for families.

  We really enjoyed our two weeks in this condo! It was very well equipped and the owners were wonderful to work with. There were renovations going on in the common areas which wasn't any inconvience to us. It will be beautiful when it is finished in a couple of weeks! We hope to return next year!!!

  so we're back from our lovely vacation. We really enjoyed the condo and you were right, the view from the balcony on both sides was awesome!! We bought some toys for our son for the beach and left them in the closet with the umbrellas for anyone to use in the future.... Thanks again for everything.

  My family and I stayed here for a week. The beach, jetties and point are all a fairly close walk away. The condo was so nice and immaculately clean. We felt guilty bringing in any sand and that's pretty hard to avoid. We had a great time. Everything was great. The workers onsite were very friendly. A few notes/caveats: The Thursday night fireworks (when they are held) can be seen from the balcony, but only partially. It is better to go outside to the beach on the East Pass side to view the fireworks. It was very interesting to watch boats and such in the harbor.

  On arrival, the first thing I noticed was that the interior of this condo was practically new. The building is well kept and in an awesome location for walking, diving, fishing, or just sitting around and watching the boats go by. The Thursday night fireworks is unbelievable, and we had a front row seat! I could not imagine a better place to spend my vacation that has such a variety of things to do. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  We had an awesome time! Perfect for a long weekend getaway for me and my husband...I only wish we could have stayed longer. David was very nice and helpful with our check-in and local information. The condo was awesome and you do have very good taste in decorating. Everything was new and clean. The huge balcony was perfect for sunrise, sunsets and boat watching in the harbor. Each day we spent our time on the beach at the very end of the peninsula, which is directly across the water from harbor marina. Although different from being on the gulf side, we really enjoyed watching the steady stream of yachts, boats, and jet skis come and go. We definitely will be going back with our kids and staying longer. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Short Term Rental Agreement (the“Agreement”) is made by and between Rick & Karen Lazzarini (“Homeowner”)and ____________(“Guest”)as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. The parties hereby agree as follows: The property is located at: 100 Gulfshore Dr. #205 Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, or outside on the balcony. No pets allowed. 1. The property is furnished and includes small appliances, such as toaster, coffeemaker, blender, bed linens, and towels. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: (NO renter under the age of 25 are permitted) 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. 4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 3pm on ______________( the “Check in Date”) and ends at 10am on _____________(the”Check out Date”). 5. This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. 6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 8. Rental Rate and Fees: a. Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00 along with the damage fee(PDP) is required to hold reservation if made 90 days, or more, prior to check in date. b. Rental Rate. Payment in full shall be due within 30 days of check in date. c. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the guest will be refunded 100% refund on rates, taxes, fees, & deposit cancelled up to 30 days prior to reserved check-in date. 1 night fee will be charged if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the check-in date. d. Guest shall be refunded security deposit in full as long as there are no additional cleaning fees incurred to the owner. Review rental rules to assure guest is refunded deposit. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
