  We've never rented a home before but with young children (aged 1 and 3) and grandparents we opted to find a family home where we could relax, entertain, cook meals and enjoy the day poolside for our desert vacation. It was perfect. Our hosts were fabulous and when Igor noticed I was concerned about bedding arrangements and eating arrangements for our young kids he bought us a crib, bedding, highchair, bouncy, and even a toddler booster! Also a stroller and pack n play which we didn't end up using but was awesome to have as an option. Such gracious hosts and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The home is beautiful, clean & set in a residential neighborhood with a gorgeous backdrop of the mountains. We made use of the hot tub in the evenings and pool during the day & the water was clean and all amenities were well maintained. The owner's pride and love shows throughout this home. As we've never been to the desert before we took advantage of our time and took day trips to the hot springs, aerial tram up mt. jacinto and the living desert. We loved the location as it was centrally located to a ton of golf resorts which is where my dad and hubby spent their mornings. The outdoor amenities were awesome and dinners under the gazebo, BBQ steak and it was perfect. Wish we could have spent more days there as we didn't want our vacation to end. Can't wait to return one day! I want to make special note that throughout the entire process from beginning to end, Igor was very professional, caring and always available to answer any questions which made our stay truly an exceptional experience!

  We totally enjoyed our stay in this incredible home. It was as shown on the pictures or in some cases better. Every room is large and the furniture is all very comfortable. The kitchen has just about everything that you would ever need and lots of each. Loved the granite countertops. The out door area equals the inside, lots of chairs and cots, wonderful outside kitchen with 2 BBQ's is a great idea. As it can cool down in the evening we were able to stay out and enjoy the gas fire pit. The pool and hot tub were used lots as the weather was great and we especially enjoyed the lights along the wall in the evening- gave the back yard a resort feel. We would defiantly come back to this home, thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

  My Canadian buddies and I had a great vacation. We were down on a guys golf get away. We found the location to be close to everything. Costco, Ralph's, Albertsons, and all the courses we played. Access to the property is very secure. Management was very helpful in gaining access to the property. The grapefruits were delicious!! Hoping to come again next year!! All in all a fantastic property for 4 guys to have a golf get away or a big family vacation.

  We stayed at this fantastic house for five nights. The house is very well maintained and spacious.Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. Would plan to stay there again whenever we travel to the Palm Springs area.

  This home is located in an ideal setting. We found the community to be extremely quiet and the residents very friendly. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable and afforded all the amenities of your own home. The outside amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed the lap pool, hot tub, firepit and especially the privacy. The owner, Igor, was extremely responsive to all our questions both prior, during and after our visit; truly a pleasure to deal with! We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who wishes the comfort of home.

  This was our third visit in a year! Just far enough away from home to relax but close enough to get home quick. This is a great home! Very clean and has everything you would want or need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is great for those who love to cook. Plenty of towels and linens, and the beds are very comfortable. And to boot the weather was amazing!

  We stayed at Igor's vacation home for a month. The time flew by..... We had family join us on multiple occasions and really enjoyed the fire pit, back yard and pool table. Excellent house for families with young children or teenagers. Ideal neighborhood for morning walks. Beds were VERY comfortable. Nice large bedrooms. Lot's of wonderful restaurants and shopping near by. Our favorite restaurant would have to be Lavender Bistro in La Quinta. Thank you Igor. We hope to be your guests again.

  Every thing you want is here, full remodeled kitchen, refrigerator, stove top with oven, blender, food processor, large flat screen tv, 4 bedrooms, spa and full sized pool, 1.5 miles from basic, complete shopping-- groceries, etc. A quiet neighborhood, but get the kids out of the pool by 9. Extra charge for heating pool. 4 person Spa without extra heating charge. Perfectly clean, Great beds, 3K, 1Q Draw backs: only 2 bathrooms; the Bermuda Dunes is a residential area. Your are not isolated in the wide open desert. However, the lots are large, visually secluded, and the area is quiet. Igor is a wonderful owner/host; enough orientation, then out of your way, but available. Checks to see if any problems He will orient you upon arrival. A great facility for a family stay. We are very glad we chose this property.

  This is the second time we stay at this amazing home. It has everything you need for a relaxing time. We celebrated a 50th birthday and a 10th birthday and all parties we delighted that they were celebrating in a dessert oasis. They felt pampered and relaxed the entire weekend. The home itself is beautifully decorated and SUPER CLEAN, which is a big deal to us. The pool and spa were delightful to have, there is so much seating outside nobody was fighting for a spot in the sun. The new outdoor shower is great addition to the backyard. Igor and his wife are available to answer any questions at anytime and made us feel as if it was our home. Thanks again Igor for use of your wonderfull home. We will be back again in January if not sooner!
