We had a great time. The house was beautiful and great for a group. The pool was really lovely and relaxing. I appreciated the care put in to have nice pots and pans and cooking utensils. Also close to great restaurants. We hope to come back again!! The dogs loved it as well!

My husband, Don and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversay with our two daughters and our three grandchildren the week of Thanksgiving at this absolutely gorgeous home .... it has four bedrooms with four baths that include a private Casita that overlooked a beautiful pool and spa that was enjoyed by my family. This home has all the latest amenities and was so comfortable, immaculate and accommodating for my large family. It is located near downtown Palm Springs and very convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. The owner was extemely helpful and we did not encounter any difficulties. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a vacation trip to Palm Springs. My family is already making plans for a return visit.. Maurice Wilkins & Family Shreveport, LA

This house has swag: (appearance, style, or the way something presents). From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home and enjoyed the amazing energy that you feel the second you walk in. Tina has impeccable style in decorating and a taste for the finer things which shows in every room of this beautiful house. This property is so amazing and not one detail is overlooked. Tina is the sweetest person I have ever worked with when planning a vacation and made us feel so special. Tina, thanks again for everything and for sharing your home with us! Our family has great of memories of our vacation to Palm Springs that we will be able to look back on and laugh about together for years to come. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating...this property and owner deserves many, many more!!!

I booked this gorgeous Mid-Century Palm Springs home for a family get-away with my husband, kids, mom, sister and brother-in-law. This was my fourth Palm Springs rental home and was definitely my favorite. The owner of the property (and manager) was such a pleasure to deal with which really made the whole experience seamless. She always returned my emails in a timely manner, and provided detailed instructions for us before we checked in. When we arrived, we were so impressed with the home. It was even better than the pictures. We loved that it was literally a two minute drive from the Palm Springs Airport. I expected to hear a bit of airport noise, but I didn't hear one plane while I was in the house, and maybe heard two planes while we were outside the whole entire time, so it was definitely a bonus being that close! It's also just a short two minute drive to groceries, Starbucks, etc. and maybe 5-8 minutes to the downtown Strip! The home was beautifully decorated and had a great, functinoal layout. We had everything we needed, from Flat screens in every bedroom to BBQ to a blender to plush towels, the place was equipped! Everything was really comfortable. The backyard was perfection, lovely pool and hot tub and the casita was thoroughly enjoyed by my mom. At first, we had a bit of trouble with the wifi connection and our laptop, but Tina made herself available and helped us out immediately. After check out, Tina returned our deposit so promptly that I was really impressed. Ususally, from my experience, it can be a bit of a pain getting it back! I don't have one negative thing to say, we love the house, the service, and will most definitely be back! I will be recommending this rental to any of my friends who will be in the neighbourhood.

What a stellar find. I will now vacation to Palm Springs more often...just to stay in this rental. The house itself is gorgeous (and spotless). The design, furniture, and amenities are all top-notch, but the best part is the energy this place has. You can be relaxed, excited, low-key, or high-brow; the feeling here accommodates it all. The owners made booking simple, and added extra touches that we really appreciated. I cannot wait until my next trip!

Best Palm Springs vacation rental!

Where do I start with this home?! This is an ideal house to rent for vacation! It's absolutely beautiful, perfectly maintained and has all the amenities to enjoy an amazing vacation. I spent the weekend with my family and best friend. We just loved hanging out in the salt water pool (one of the best parts in my opinion), enjoying the gorgeous mountain views and cooking in the perfect kitchen. The furniture, beds, bathrooms, everything is stunning mid-century modern. The soaking tub in the master bathroom is gorgeous, unique and really great. The guest bathroom is large, white, tiled and all divine! All 4 bathrooms in this house are to die for- I love this. The kitchen is well equipped and there is entertainment in every room! The casita has possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've laid on. I also love how it is separate from the house which is perfect to get some privacy. This place is perfectly maintained and the owners provided top-notch service. I'm actually thinking of lounging on the patio right now and getting a little sad, wish I was back there relaxing with a glass of wine! It's a great place to bring a lap top and get a little work done if need be as well. I plan to return with my family and a few more folks so we can fully utilize the space in the future. We travel quite a bit and rent houses and this is absolutely one of the best places hands down.

Great Place to really relax

We stayed here for a family vacation, and had extended family over for a anniversary. A great place to relax with friends and family and have a good time. The information provided is pretty accurate but I'll just touch on some of the details that make this place unique. The overall style and decor of everything is amazing. Really creates a nice flow and togetherness to a house that's pretty big. The floors are cork, so they aren't cold and nice to walk on bare foot. The AC worked great. The house was wired with all modern touches including Ipod docking station and it was very easy to use and a simple guide provided. The firepit is nice for when you go swimming at night when its a little chilly, and then get out of the water. It will keep you warm and provide a place where people in large groups can hang out and do their own thing. The outside has nice views of the desert mountains and is covered in to give a pretty private feeling. The owners did a great job in making sure everything was provided. We will be staying here again in the future.

This Fabulous vacation rental is BEAUTIFUL. If you are into modern decorative furniture this is the perfect home for you. Once, you walk in it opens up to floor to ceiling windows which shows off the grand shaped piano swimming pool and jacuzzi along with a fire pit. The amenities are all complete from laundry detergent to beach towels. The house has new appliances throughout the kitchen and everything you need to cook or bbq. The casita is very roomy and is great if you want a more private setting. Besides the white walls and white matching decor my favorite thing about the house was the built in speakers in every single bedroom as well as the casita. You're able to adjust the volume in each room too!! I LOVED IT!! The heated pool, the big jacuzzi attached, the BBQ grill, all the bedrooms having their own bathroom made this vacation rental a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. Awesome for Dinah Shore Weekend!!

Perfect Dinah Shore Weekend 2011!

This is truly home away from home, this vacation rental has everything you need, from a bbq grill to a tv in every room to the dog park down the street. You are provided with fresh towels, kitchen supplies to cook during your stay and a washer and dryer if needed. Awsome relaxing hot tub and pool. Great for weekend getaways to relax or to just have a weekend with your friends/family. We usually stay at the hotels for Dinah Shore Weekend, but I couldnt resist the price compared to a suite at the hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the airport and close to the Convention Center or any of the host hotels for Dinah Shore Weekend. There are also places to go shopping for any needs. I recommend this to this place to everyone!

The Epitome of a True Vacation Home

I’m not one to write reviews, but I couldn’t go without sharing my experience at this vacation home. Only one word to describe it: AWESOME! I take an annual trip with friends to Palm Springs and each year, we always stayed at one of the hotels. This time around we decided to change it up and do something a little different, so we rented a vacation home. With so many to choose from, we weren’t too sure which one to go with until we saw this one. It showed beautifully in pictures, was competitively priced and conveniently located near the airport and downtown Palm Springs. When we arrived and walked through the door, the house was every bit as we pictured it….BEAUTIFUL AND IMMACULATE! It had everything we needed and more! Loved its openness, cleanliness, its simplistic retro décor, high quality sound of the stereo system heard throughout the house and casita through the décor friendly in-ceiling/in-wall speakers, and most importantly, the serene tropical paradise in the backyard. Truly, the epitome of what a vacation home should be! Already looking forward to staying there again for our trip next year! Thanks for a wonderful time!
