The condo is beautiful and the pictures are exactly as the condo appears. My children LOVED the bunk beds. The view from the condo is awesome (you are right in the middle of the complex 16 floors up). The owner was great to work with and answered all questions I had. PS..during your stay..you have to check out a place called Hunts Oyster bar. Best meal we had in PCB and ironically the most affordable. Very clean. Thanks for the great stay!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Loved this condo - great location near Pier Park and restaurants. Very nice decor and well maintained. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Use of two beach chairs is especially nice!Owner was available and responded immediately when we could not get our first keyless entry code to work upon arrival at the condo. Very positive experience and we look forward to renting this condo again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

This unit is wonderful. Very comfortable living area, kitchen has everything you need including a blender, big nice bedrooms, plus the bunkbeds fit our 2 teenage sons perfectly. And the place was spotless!! Melissa was great to deal with and we had no issues at all. Aqua is a great condo development and we will be back. Just don't let anyone know, because when we come back I want to stay here!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo and resort was fantastic. Melissa was very patient and helpful in the rental process. She truly has thought of just about everything you could need. The resort is very nice and the security were awesome. They keep the place nice and actually enforce policies to make your stay more pleasant. Highly recoomend this rental. My husband and plan to stay here again next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was just like the photos. It was spotless upon arrival. I thought being on the 16th floor would be a problem but the elevators were so fast and quiet. I would recommend this condo to everyone. We had a great time and hope to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
