  The views are spectacular from the wrap around balcony. The condo is large and very well laid out. An excellent place to stay. The tile floors are beautiful and practical. Amenities of the building are perfect. Condo is well equipped. Easy beach access. Many great restaurants nearby. Grocery store just a mile away. We plan to stay here again.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  very nice condo, nice layout, great views, nice features. A little worn but still very nice. worth the money. best place we have stayed at Daytona. the underground parking is a nice extra convenience.

  Had a great time at this up to date condo, clean and everything in condo was as described. Nice location 1.5 miles from main street pier, everything you will need is close.... The only problem we had upon arrival was we where told our trailer could stay on property at time of rental,if it fit in a regular parking spot as you have a parking spot in garage and one up in parking lot, but that wasnt the case had to spend 100.00 to park trailer down the road, when there was empty spaces in parking lot...so beware if you take a trailer as it wont be allowed to stay on Horizen Condos Property... Other than that had an awesome time...... And also it needs a tv in queen bedroom as there isnt one....

  What an amazing condo!! This condo was very clean kept as well as the outside grounds and pool! The floor plan was very well planned out. We had 3 adults and two children and we never felt like we were in close quarters or crowded. Very close to the Boardwalk, movie theatre, water park, restaurants, and shops! We watched the sunrise from the beautiful 15th floor view over the ocean as the dolphins played and jumped through the waves. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. We booked our stay for next year before we even left because we want this condo again when we return. The washer and dryer are conveniently located just steps away from your door. The pool was never over crowded, the beach is just steps away from the building and very clean! The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for the nights that we stayed in and had dinner together! If you go out to eat I recommend Bubba Gumps or Bonefish Grill which are less than a mile away from the condo! We couldn't think of one complaint if we tried! This place was PERFECT!

  I want to say everything in the picture don't give this room justice. The views from this room were breathtaking. We loved getting up every morning having our coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins. This unit was very clean and maintained. Loved how in the secured parking garage you have all belongings you need for the beach.( your chairs,umbrella,so we didn't have to buy them when we got there.) Everything is a drivable distance. We had a blast and would go again tomorrow if the money tree would let us. Thank you again for a great 2012 vacation, Rick and Gloria from PA

  Home away from home...with a beach! The balcony was so big with the views just like the pictures on the website. We had a great time. First time ever that I have been able to sleep as if at home.

  We all had a great time and the condo was the perfect way to spend it. We had an awesome view of the ocean. It was clean and had alot of room for the 5 of us. Definately will be coming back. Thank you

  Totally enjoyed our week at the beach in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the leather recliner. The view was great, and the balcony off the master bedroom was an added bonus. The building is completely secure and the pool was crystal clear. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation.

  My husband said he felt it was like living like a star in this unbelieveably beautiful condo. Every room had huge windows giving awesome views of Daytona and the ocean. The patios wrapped around most of the condo giving a 360 degree view. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture was all in great shape and modern. The spacious 3 bedrooms were plenty of room for 2 families. It was in the quiter part of the strip but the teens found to be a short walk to all the action. The price was perfect for such a high dollar establishment. The owner was extremely nice to work with. The building and parking garage was very secure.

  We loved the condo. The location is ideal for enjoying Daytona Beach.. walking distance to the pier and boardwalk but in a quieter stretch of the beach. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is spacious and beautifully decorated with stunning views from the wrap-around balcony. Great master bedroom suite with balconies facing the ocean and intercoastal walkway. The amenities are great.. a gym, underground parking and nice pool.. always easy to find a chair around the pool. Everyone we met at the condo were very friendly and helpful. The owner and his onsite representative were fantastic to deal with.. We loved the condo and would definitely come back again and recommend to friends!
