Located in Building 8, unit 831 is a top floor southwest gulf facing corner unit that is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico , Eastern Lake and right down from Deer Lake National Park. Try your luck fishing and crabbing. Spend the days relaxing and enjoying our beautiful secluded white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico on this stretch of 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Building 8 is one of two front buildings closest to the beach in the complex.
There are two pools (1 heated )– tennis courts and shuffleboard. Plan a family reunion or event and rent the clubhouse or sign up for the party deck.
Enjoy a gulf view from this lovely third floor, three bedroom Condo. The boardwalk to the beach starts right outside our building. You will walk directly out to beach, no steps down on this part of 30-A. This is a nice feature when carrying loads to the beach!
Wireless Internet access is offered throughout the unit and complex. You can sit and surf the web in the condo or at the pool.
The living room has plenty of seating and big comfortable furniture.It also offers a 42 inch flat screen TV with an Ipod Compatible Soundbar.
Our bedrooms offer comfortable new top of the line mattresses. The Master offers a King Bed with a view of the ocean and a flat screen TV with DVD . The second bedroom offers a Queen Bed as well as a TV. The third bedroom offers a Twin over Full Bunk with a trundle bed below and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
The kitchen is well stocked and ready for cooking with plenty of pots, pans, appliances and other kitchen items necessary to prepare meals at home. There is a large pantry as well to store your groceries. You won't mind doing dishes in this kitchen sink because of the view of the ocean you have out of the kitchen window.
The laundry provides a washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing board and iron for your use and you even have a view of the ocean!
The unit is very clean and well maintained. Guest will feel comfortable the minute they walk in the door.

We had a terrific girls weekend at the beach. The condo has a great ocean view which is perfect for sitting back, relaxing and reading a book in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach. It's also within close proximity of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and cannot wait until our next visit!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Great property with easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay at Beach Side Villas again. This unit was very nice and clean with all the amenities that we needed. My family of four absolutely loved staying in your condo over spring break! You have one of the best views! We enjoyed being on the top floor and watching the sunset every night. Your place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chairs, the heated pool, and the kids favorite-shuffleboard. So easy to get to other areas on 30A staying at Beachside Villas. We enjoyed our stay at this charming condo. It was very clean and comfortable with a nice decor. The beach was just a short walk and there is a nice view of the ocean from the condo. The owner is prompt to respond to when contacted. The Beachside Villas complex is well maintained,quiet and a nice place for families to stay. Our family loved this condo and our time at Seagrove Beach. We have 4 children and were very comfortable and large condo. The view is beautiful and it so convenient to the beach. Beachside Villas is a well cared for, family friendly community. We had a fantastic time at Beachside Villas. The condo had a great view of the beautiful beach and ocean. We have stayed at Beachside Villas a number of times in the past, but during this stay, we saw the most incredible waves we have ever seen. The beach is gorgeous, and we just love the 30A area - lots of beautiful scenery, interesting shops, and wonderful restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this great location. Beautiful views from the various rooms and you can really hear the waves on the beach. Easy access to the beach and not too crowded as some of the other beaches I noticed for Oct. Well stocked and great that the master is on way side and other bedrooms on opposite side. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Not one day since I got back have I not said "I wish I was still there!"Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Location is everything, and this is perfect! Beach access couldn't be better, and the wide clean beach is beautiful. So close to Seaside and Publix, easy drive to Pier Park in Panama City -- all great shopping venues! Inside the condo, I felt safe, secure, and completely at peace. Excellent accommodations for me and six teenaged girls! We had everything we needed in this beautifully appointed home. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Great access to the beach. Internet wifi worked like a charm and the owners were great to work with. Top floor was nice too. Appliances are new - TVs in each room and very clean and quiet! Place is decorated nicely as well. Close to Seaside and Minutes away from Camp Creek Golf Course. I wouldn't hesitate to come back with my family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Our family lives in Dunwoody, Georgia. We just purchased our unit in January of 2011. We have 2 small boys who love coming to the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Beachside Villas:
We purchased this property because it is what we would want to rent to take our parents and children to the beach. My parents love to sit and watch the sunsets from the balcony and the children play. The kids love how close it is to the ocean. I love it because the trips back from the beach are short and convienent. There is lots to do for the kids and adults alike.
We are in a very quiet secluded area of 30-A, a rare find nowadays, but just minutes to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach for all the activities, shopping and dining.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Wake up and look directly out at the ocean from bed in the Master Bedroom. Sit in the living room and see and hear the ocean. Wash your dishes and enjoy the view from the kitchen sink and even do laundry while looking at the ocean.
When I come to the beach I want to see the water and sand dunes and you will find that in Unit 831 and Beachside Villas!
